In the lawsuit they claim Steven was:

• Effectively embezzling funds (taking money from investors for his own use)
• Mixing business and personal funds
• Bought a property with Intrepid's funds but when sold personally kept the money
• Used loans as revenue to get bigger loans

This is all obviously just allegations at the moment and are not proven. The lawsuit is TFE Game Holdings Vs Steven J Sharif and John Moore.

Another bombshell happened when an Ashes Of Creation investor, Jason Caramanis spoke with youtuber NefasQS.

He appears to share private texts and conversations surrounding the game.

The texts appear to show many years of Steven and Jason talking with Steven appearing to somewhat "love bomb" Jason when asking for more investment.

We await Steven's side of the story but this all seems incredibly messy at the moment. One investor is set to have lost upwards of $90 million.

If you happen to run into one offline, you could be teleported to an emberspring that is on an offline service worker, and your character will be 'trapped' and 'dead'. You'll get a Code 37. Since no one is around to reboot servers, you're done.

I can agree that Tanko was a piece of trash human 🚮
He was openly racist against one of the girls in our guild, calling her a slave n****r and telling her to go back to slavery where she belongs.
We reported him to Customer Support and his character was deleted, but that isn't a huge issue because he just started a new level 1 character and got XP carried in 2 days to max level like normal.
🥸 I gotta give Polar some credit for their dataminers helping with quests. I had some insider friends who exchanged info under agreement that I could pass freely, join raid parties, and enjoy my time in-game as long as I had useful information and whenever they needed a bonus tank.
On Shol we actually had "The Privateers" and "TROPA" doing extremely well early in the game. They used the game mechanics responsibly to make progress and I respected them for helping me as I helped them as well.
🤝 I recieved diplomatic immunity in many scenarios and protection as I usually travelled alone to deliver my guild crates.
🥷🏽 I take credit for causing many guilds to become divided and have internal issues as well, but the guild system said it was likely for alliances and guilds to have disagreements 😉 I brought that to the game many times.

I just wanted the town buffs to work! I put in a lot of effort in multiple towns and villages on Shol 🧡
Miraleth was supposed to have a lot of Luck from the memorial site (giving higher drop rates in Carphin)
Aithanahr mayor was super awesome letting me help them decide buildings to make THE BEST MINING. We got mining rarity increase, gathering rarity chances, mining speed, and gathering speed... I collected TONS of Legendary metals and stones out there.
Tangled Posts' Mayor earned my help as I educated them on how the building skill tree buffs worked. They learned how to specialize in a skill or 2 (i think it was farming/fishing)
But Miraleth's Luck Buff wasn't turning on from the memorial site 😭😭
