Kill player > get killed by guard > come back loot the items from killed player > get killed by guards > come back loot their own corpse no guard attacks and they just take the items. If it hasn’t been addressed then it’s intended game play. Just like how they are getting around the corruption issue. Also stupid that a pve kill causes your bag to be lootable. But if they are going to do that then it should be you lose everything on you to your corpse on death and not just some things. They gotta make up their minds. Either they want PvP in which case this is intended play or they don’t want griefing and PvP in which case they should just disable PvP entirely until the full system is ready to implement.

I tried seeing if the value changed based on which character was paying it. Deleting characters, etc. I'm guessing it pulls form the highest character level, not their combined value.

The "server" is actually made up of hundreds of "server workers" that control the different regions of the map zones. If you log out in the same "server worker" as a settlement, you will be stuck into a queue.

The best advice is to logout away from a settlement to ensure you log in without a queue.

Havent heard any issues in the northern area of anvils but southern area is only available for a short window after server restarts. As far as I know this is a more recent thing (a week or so) and consistent in game messages about this in global

Realm / server worker specific issues aren't normally listed in Known Issues. Weird things like fishing spawns not spawning seem related to realm/SW issues. Team is aware of this though, and working towards improving performance.
