This person made an omelette with just milk and egg alone, (not recommended l, but it illustates my point) see how fluffy that is? Small micelles of air only possible with milk. If you want to use other types of cream or dairy, all the fat thickens the omelette and makes it denser. I prefer a light, airy omelette, but ill probably try the crème fraîche someday.

@primal rain the dairy is to help with the protein of the egg which leads to smoother textures. The on and off heat is just standard technique for scrambled eggs of sorts. You can still get a smooth texture for an omelette and scrambled eggs by running it through a sieve for the best texture without any other added ingredients.

Obviously other types of pans that are handled well and or oiled properly will work but overall it’s just non stick for eggs.

Steaming eggs is also a great way to cook the layer around the yolk when doing things like over easy or sunny side so that you’re not serving uncooked egg or breaking it when you flip it.

Did you play p1 or p2 either though? The outcry is a symptom of nothing getting done when there's no outrage about it. If intrepid handled shit in a timely fashion people wouldn't need to react that way to get it done. Gold sellers did absolutely fuck the economy. But one good exploit in p2 for one guild locked a lot of people out of testing freeholds.
