Thats why Archeage had safe zones for people to run carts safely and war/conflict zones for people that wanted to take on more risk for more profit.

Literally risk vs reward. In Ashes your caravan can get attacked anywhere at anytime and its only rewarding if you take it very long distances. The disincentive for players attacking it is the time it takes to do it which encourages people to only attack in large zergs.

So you get a mix of extremes where people can run caravans freely without danger and a mass zerg that destroys every caravan in a death ball.

Most good m.2s from say the end of the PCIE4 gens will be expected to do about 2,000 TB on average ranging that up to about 3k on the higher ends.

Obviously 1tb isnt much but if you are actively patching and using it as your main drive which most end users will be its not good.

But playing against it teaches you how to play as it possibly counter it. You can’t really get that from watching a vod etc
