The building that would do the most for this phase would have been cooking, scribe and animal husbandry. Cuz these are the only professions that dont allow you to grind the stuff you get em from mobs.
Crafting is bricked anyways with all the changes made, which made it just worse and the bandaid that we got so far does not help much if at all. So we wait and see. I can understand people being annoyed tho
