Training mobs inherently is not an actionable offense. It is rude, it will affect your reputation, and you or your guild may suffer as a result. Training mobs repeatedly on the same people and following them around the game to do so, in an effort to grief them from playing the game, is a form of harassment and can be actionable.

There is still some outstanding efforts on the dev side to make training mobs a bit harder to do, this likely wont land until sometime in phase 3 as we are still addressing bugs with mobs across server boundaries and their state tree bugs.

Nope it was a medal clip of steven floating inside carph and watching a player repeatedly train mobs on a grp. He reset the player to lvl 1 and the player ran away before he got 1 shot bu mobs.
