Well at the start of phase 2 polar wardecks every guild in rapid succession for the rewards, which is why the rewards were turned off.

Costant spamming of the lower cost war decks such as lumber jack comp instead of the actual wardeck cause they were far cheaper. Including using them to ambush people at the storage clerk.

Joeva in vyra was turned into a constant warzone by polar to, and this is their words, "punish the citizens for not playing the right way"
