There may still be a queue, but you shouldn't be stuck in it like before if you were in either of those SWs prior with your character.

aka some humans are--we'll say "less than stellar" examples of both logic and empathy. and it really shows in a social sandbox, where there are little to no rules preventing them from preying on those weaker than them. Social sandbox games truly are medieval with the way some players approach the game; so eager to be a bandit and tyrant, refusing to acknowledge that such truly lawless behavior will eventually discourage others from participating and leading to the decline of the game and environment that they're a part of.
Honestly though, sounds like they handled it well enough. Yes, ideally nobody pushes you off your farming spot, but most shardlings are above level 20 and a good leveling spot, even for level 20s. If you're there as a level 12 party and got pushed out, unfortunate, but they are right: that is the nature of the game lol. They even rezzed them after they insisted on fighting them for the rights to the spot. So does 8 level 20s PvPing 4 level 12s look bad? Oh yeah, most definitely. But it also sounds like they offered a way out, and even showed showed goodwill afterwards. So while it's behavior I would normally decry, they sound almost entirely in the right here.
