im sure tons of others have more information that if they check maybe they can input
That is correct
its only in the desert from what i can tell and you gotta go quite far down to find any decent amount
Thanks, i was wondering where.
iv farmed about 60 -70 of it, took hours
how far down did you end up going down?
lemme look at my map will get back to you
Thanks boss
The tooltip tells you where it can spawn
Which I believe is everywhere except anvils
it say on the tooltip riverlands but iv never seen it anywhere
It's not a common spawn but can be randomly just about anywhere. Used to see a bunch around aven's agri area but of course more people have JM herbalism now
o interesting maybe i just found it easy to spot in desert because less trees and shrubs blocking it
Yeah it is definitely not super easy to see in riverlands
That and small basalt piles can look like it
yeah not easy at all but good infoi thanks
I see it occasionally on my flax trips in the tropics but havent been going out there lately
After I hit apprentice mining (two weeks ago) and used a apprentice pickaxe suddenly the rarity of the ores that dropped was like 90% less. Is this bug that the team is aware of or?.. seen a lot of people say the same
You mean it only procs ~10% of what it used to? (That’s too steep, I’m probably misunderstanding) Or wdym by 90% less rarity of the ores?
Before hitting apprentice and using a apprentice pickaxe I'd get a lot of heroic and epic ores. After that it drastically changed and it felt completely off. Started googling and see people complain about the same stuff. Was hoping there is something going on that's gonna be fixed or something
Can anyone tell me if gathering quality from food and mining quality from items stack when collecting ore or not?
Yes but you need significant amounts for it to even make a difference.
it's enough or not?
how much +- need for visible results
Upwards of 1200 I’ve heard.
There’s some discussion on the topic in the bugs threads.
But it's almost impossible to assemble now, there is no master metallworking for the Journeyman Pickaxe on our server)
can u send link for me?
Correct. Thats the issue. They’ve removed static rarity, which makes higher grade resources harder to obtain in quantity, but then don’t adjust the thresholds needed to meet in order to gather higher rarity in meaningful ways.
Thanks, I'll read it, and can you give me some advice? I can't find T3 resources in the desert no matter how much I run around. In fact, the only way to farm them more or less effectively is to mine thousands of T1 and hope that T3 will appear in their place?
I haven’t done much out in the desert but t3 resource spawns are proportional to the amount that it is used in crafts so there’s not many spawning to begin with.
but ore is not mined directly, it is random, it cannot be used in crafting, except for processing in an attempt to get the required one
Master Leatherworking upgrade started in Sunhaven (Resna)!
The biggest need is 100 x hunting crates (10 x carcasses per crate). We have our own Construction House. Just bring carcasses.
Ive seen people say speed does not work but heres a small test that shows it does.
More tests, seems to tapper off, might be a breakpoint you need, or might be softcap.
Yeah maybe like 500-700ish being a starting spot
where can the journeyman lumberjack #2 recipe be gotten to craft?
someone told me it was not in the game but im not sure, and would also love to know if it is.
lol nice, trying to craft epic voidbreak mining pickaxe with full epic mats and got only rare 😄
I am pretty sure that is how it is with all pre-determined items
got 200ish more speed, added another test
Anyway to make dracaena plant not be invisable? via graphic settings?
Not that has been discovered
🙁 armor i want needs it and invisable plants are a pain when u need so many of them lol
pretty sure barrel cactus in desert invisable too got 1 hit of that randomly but think it apprentice so there rare and invisable lol
is 1200 the sweet spot for quality mining?
it's just pain gathering over time, though i am selling a bunch in New Aela regularly.
does anybody know where glorybound recipes drop
Any anybody have any info on carpentry? Cost to get to journeymen, ect.
Generally
anyobody knows where to find tharaxite? i tried go anvils and mine limestone for tharaxite but found 0 limestone
Any potion sellers in Shol that I can commission for a delivery to the Anvils? https://tenor.com/view/potion-seller-justin-kuritzkes-strongest-weakest-gif-23479807
When your settlement has upgraded it's woodshop vendor.
Level 20+ humanoids.
Does anyone know who drops the Rootforged set recipie?
Anvils mourning slate and probably also limestone. Hit node and pray
riverlands 20+ mobs
hey when i get a jewlery that say radiant weapon or fire weapon. with say stat of 300 what exactly does that do
I have a question regarding artisan gear. For cooking they have clothes of course, do i only need to put them on when picking the finished items up? Or do i have to put it on when starting the craft?
Starting, for crafting/processing buffs it’s always start. To buff the adventuring xp you receive you can use a scroll before you pick up at the end.
Cool thanks!
anyone here know what type of ore drops Silver?
Is that for ships and does it work?
for artisan skill crit should be like a crit a think chance to trigger 2 ticks instead of one instead of lower time to gather by milisecond
those are for caravan afaik they showed them on one of the streams
gathering hides and suddenly mayor come to gather same hides well i guess im done gathering tonight cause no possible way to compete agaist flying mount gatherers
stupid that u can fly with items in material tab
Any tips for a scribe/alchemist ? What sells, what doesnt? Tried a few but i am missing a lot of the recipes. What was astounding for me was that common journeyman enchanting scrolls are selling. What do people even use those for ? Who enchants his common gear for 3g or so
Alchemist would be basically any of the elixirs
Also, are emeralds a t2 drop requiring apprentice mining? Checking to see if I need to mine on an alt to farm some up
emerald is journeyman mining if im not wrong
Oh thats rough if so lol. I gotta get a bunch around for tailoring
Emerald is drop chance from slate, which is t2
Get yourself a voidbreak pickaxe and mine slates
Ah gotcha, so will probably need to get my fighter leveled a bit and start on mining. Slate is primarily in desert I think from what ive heard
Im on the fence about voidbreak and such only because of all the quality issues im hearing of and experiencing
Doesn't seem worth investing in atm
Slate is global, you can find it anywhere
If you're after emerald, it might be best to stick to the riverlands
Because in areas that are not riverlands, slate has chance to drop regional mats which reduces the chances of you getting emerald
That said....if you can't find slate in the riverlands you might wanna go exploring indeed
Yeah will definitely have to take a peek. Since it is only emerald im after, I wonder if im better off just selling herbs or maybe even wood and just buying them
What's your apprentice profession? You can always drop that to novice and pick up mining in order to avoid leveling alts
Yeah was considering it. Right now it is lumber milling and farming. Don't think I have a need for dried boards really so will probably drop that one
Ye technically you can have all professions at apprentice with the caveat that you need to switch around every time
OR you can have 5 jm
Well, 4 jm is the cap but yeah ive just been bouncing that last one around. Cant realistically do it with jm because I believe it'll drop you to 10 but haven't tried
Actually might just lock it at 20 since that is app max
He means you can have 3 JM and 2 at apprentice lvl 20 and just promote what you need when you need it
Anyone who knows what the flat increase to the ZOI quality, Master Tailoring storefront II gives?
I'm trying to gather materials to make some mining skivvies, but I'm having trouble identifying where I have to go to get gryphon carcasses to process for hide/leather. The only place I know of them existing is in the mountains to the direct northeast of remnants of sephilon. Those are 1 star level 4 mobs, and I didn't see any that were gatherable after killing packs a few times. Is this the correct place to farm it, or is there a different spot with gryphons that are gatherable?
Does anyone know how to get Journeyman Mining Pickaxe #4? It gives 137 quality and spoils? The recipe is only sold for #2, as far as I can see.
Judging by the crafting, Slagbreaker is initially green—it can't be increased to normal values.
It may be disabled right now
gathering food realy not worth
1k quality
500 whites 100 greens 20 blues thats it after 30 min so far
i was just about to ask if people thoroughly tested it, or if those evil crafters just advertise it good
Would be cool to have some transparency on these stats like "0.3% increased chance to upgrade quality" instead of vague numbers
1000 quality 1 hour logging
750 whites
210 greens 40 blues 5 yellows
-.-
Sand or Fragment Casino can pay out in gems. Need to be apprentice level tho so will require juggling on main or an alt.
Could you do the same without ?
i made a crate. but now i cant put anything in it or equip it. how do i actually use it
is this site very accurate? Id hate to waste days of grinding mats to get uncommon instead of rare
Ive been hearing good things but there's no 100% guarantee for any calc atm
I did a few rounds of Lumbermilling/Carpentry last night to try to calculate the cost of getting journeymen - which I believe you need for radiant gear? I am getting 160g roughly to go from 1-20 does that sound right? Not sure what information is accurate. That is using commission XP scrolls for crafting.
does gathering rarity increase in lesser traffic areas?
Wich site is that?
Aocarmory
Id say closer to 80.
Carpentry sucks as you basically make crates then fishing rods. Unless you’re balling and buying straight timber you’ll also have wood processing costs. Getting +xp clothing and ensuring you have a crafting elixir as well as crafting scrolls is…necessary. Try to hit the towns with crafting XP boons that add %. Those can save you literally 10’s of gold.
You could also do apprentice bags from 10-20 which would cost you more mats but recoup the gold. You will want a weaver friend to make you the Bluebell thread.
Valley next to Mira has gryphons. Huntables are RNG spawns
I'll check that one out.
Thanks Fleet! I have been trying to get this question answered forever. Hard to decide if it’s worth it for me
I think that confirms im more of a gatherer with a baby inrl 😂
i can test this later today for u, i will be making a rare and ill use that calculator with my mats to see how accurate it is
ill be using these mats
Does mat mixing affect quality of crafted items or does it count the whole stack as the lowest quality used?
Mixing has an effect
is animal husbandry "breeding" in game yet?
Are LumberMILLING construction crates only craftable at Avens/Briarmoor? Seems so
Can anyone confirm which recipes for the JM mining//lumbering axe are actually in the game?
enchanting scrolls. I thought and its in t he tooltip, that you can only upgrade gear at the tier of the scroll or lower but someone told me you can upgrade everything with a white scroll. Is that true ?
You still need journeyman scrolls to enchant radiant gear, but you don't have to match quality. So using common materials to make the scrolls is preferred
ok but the tooltip says otherwise
so basically upgrading enchanting scrolls is useless ?
i mean a epic scroll is the same as a common one ?
should have clicked here
The tool tip that says "grade"?
Yeah, the grade means initiate 1-10, adept 10-20, and radiant 20-30.
The quality (common-legendary) does not matter
Not that I know of
thank you very much 🙂
This game is a learning process 🙂 i allready know that i will start completely different afterthe wipe
Could someone tell me if I'm getting this right:
So this elixir requires me to use it BEFORE submitting my seeds/mulch/etc. Giving me a quicker time on them being finished. And then while still under the effects.. I would then collect potentially more of each?
really gotta min/max that hour lol
Not 100% sure but my understanding is you only need the buff when the craft is started. In which case you'd want to just queue up as much as possible
Indeed, that makes it much better. Thank you!
yeeah but how does the spoil part work ?
I would assume instantly calculated upon clicking craft
You just won't know how many they are until it's done
just aksing because if you want more adventuring xp out of that you have to use a scroll right before you claim it, not at the beginning
but for this it would not make sence
sense
I've never considered using an adventuring scroll upon colletion haha. I do use processing ones however
Yeah you would use the elixir to start the processing then adventure to claim
Speed and spoils are calculated at start
you use the processing one before you start the craft
and adventuring ones before you claim that craft
perfect
Where would someone get the recipe for the other JM mining pickaxes?
sadly most recipes seem to be world random drops
if someone has better information pls share
I`m trying to craft heroic Rosarium piece using common/legendary/uncommon with +870 quality from gear and elixir but it becomes rare
any1 knows whats happening as it should become heroic from my calcs..
are the elixirs of armorsmithing bugged?
what do you base your calcs on ?
from ashes codex I see that it should push it to heroic
it works fine when making common to uncommon
as far as i know those weights got changed for steam release. Dont know
do we know where the Ars Incantaris recipe drops?
I got mine from carphin
Is the cheapest way to get adept tailors to make sails ?
No
That might be the most expensive way actually
it doesn't work like ARK where you can make boats for giga exp. They give as much exp as like 2 armor pieces lol
Don’t sails require any gathered flower and any gathered wood ?
Or ami not reading right
Yes, but 75 and 25 of those
Compared to this which is like half as much xp as the sails
Oops cut the name, Lost Soul Faulds
that calculator been long outdated lol
Ashes codex is not reliable. Use AoC armory. Still not perfect but pretty close.
any of you know where you can farm the slag breakers "mining" set pickaxe cloths bage etc.
Befallen Forge but not sure if that is just a zone drop. Guild has had shirt and pants so far
Hi guys i wonder where i can find heartstone? Is it in tropics?
Is basilisk hide used for anything?
Where does the brightgrove set drop?
Please. Where can I find a lot of spindlevine. I spent 6 hours looking in wildport.
It seems slate and resonite stop spawning at Anwils several days ago😥 Anyone have same problem?
How good is this for Bards and Clerics?
can someone explain something to me? I had 5 apprentice artisan certifications, i promoted 1 to journeyman leaving me with 4 apprentice. why can i not not promote a novice to apprentice to reach the cap of 5 since the tooltip says to "increase or decrease another profession to progress this one" which implies that making room by promoting one should allow me to raise another but it doesnt
It's a funnel, not too clearly explained in game. But you can only ever have 5 above App
thats not just not clearly explained, that is the opposite of what it explains
Put it in the survey 🤣
i plan to
Nothing in this game is "clearly explained".
Where does it explain the opposite ?

in the tooltip. as i stated
the option to increase another profession to be able to increase the desired one implies that going from apprentice to journeyman clears a spot for another apprentice
Yeah like the grade thing with enchanting scrolls......higher quality enchanting scrolls are absolutely useless
Anyone knows where I can find huntable wyrmlings
i was looking fpr graveplate recipies: u can get em from jundark board commissions ...
anyone knows where i can get rosethorn and bloomwarden recipies ? board commissions too ? since i killed like 1000mobs at SB and didnt get a single recipe exept for 2 cooking ones
guild hunters says on high plateau at desert
Really. Board commissions ? thought those were all location specific random drops. hmmmm
graveplate at least
Granite fragments completely useless......
we just found it few minutes ago but 1 wildport commission gives u merchant crates as reward and those can cotain the recipies
i am just unsure about rosethorn an d bloomwarden since i cant get em to drop at SB
Is there a stats that increase the fishing succes rate on regular fishing?
and yeh the hunt for caster gear suxx ass compared to my4 fully equipped phys chars
yeah rosethorn would be great
the sb comission gave me 7 white glint xD thats it ...
accordingto codex the graveplate recipes drop basically from all mobs in jundark but the rosethron stuff only in steelbloom. The question now is really how does this translate to commissions
we killed like all mobs in jundark for days is just not the truth
abd the comission reward crate says direectly graveplate recipe
i can confirm now ... we got the first graveplate recipie from mythbreak commission ...
i just dont know why intrepids keeps gating casters from gettin gear at the same pace like phys users ...
You've been killing 20+ humanoids in SB and you didn't have a recipe drop?
I cannot confirm that all humanoids there drop it since I haven't farmed SB yet myself, but that honestly just screams "bad luck" if you've been farming them
i got 2 cooking recipies and 1 rosarium recipe .. but nothing related to bloomwarden and rosethorn .. i am just looking for some confirmation that bloomwarden and rosethorn recipies drop from 20+ mobs at SB ...
Would love to know that too. I mean they must drop somewhere 🙂
anyone know where to upgrade professions in anvils? i go to master leatherworker and he just says farewell
Either in bonfire or hammer-something or if there are the according buildings allready build in the cities
Jesus my english today is on another level of bad ^^
tbf so many things are due to change it's barely worth explaining anything
everything is a placeholder in the tooltips, im guessing
Can confirm, those recipes drop off the 20+ humanoids in sb
have you ever seen the journeyman scroll of adventuring xp recipe ? I am looking so hard for it. Must be a freaking random drop and only 1 guy has it
Higher level gear can't truly drop. Only level 23 stuff. There is like a ridiculously small chance from 3 stars.
Though if you're talking about recipes, they do in fact drop from the level 20 enemies there
Where are some good places to raise hunting?
all right ... seemingly with a really really really really low drop rate or i and my crew are really really really really unblucky .. thanks anyways !!
For the recipes?
yes
Yeah. Focus only on the lvl 20 enemies. It also doesn't help that there's 24 different recipes people are looking for and they can drop other ones. Fastest way is with a raid and just farm as many as fast as possible
Anybody know where dreadwake emblems/recs drop? I know jungle but is there a specific poi they drop around?
Should be any enemies over 20 in the jungle. Emblems just have a low drop rate
Okay, thank you. I didn't know if emblems were mob-specific
Shouldn't be. I've heard verdance ruins is the most consistent for recipes though.
I'm so tired of verdance ruins lol I'm going to mess around with the mobs outside lost abyss. Thank you very much for your help ❤️
the pirates around the entrance of verdance ruins drop recipes very frequent
How much are flailrunner's going for atm?
depends on realm probably
Which expansion is needed to buy the journeyman tool belts?
Anyone know if Master Chef 1 cookhouse upgrade provides anything other than vendor foods?
First 10 trees, its either gonna be a great run, or awful from here out.
Went to grab some basic rocks for a crate run. Got 2 epic procs during that process lol
It would be good if we could combine shirts. You buy hunting and herbal shirt and bind it somehow in a shirt UI wardrobe or bind power of shirts via tailoring.
It's a little awkward to change shirts going from say farming to cooking or tanning to weaving etc. In an RP sense it is awkward and in a practical gameplay sense.
Anyone on Shol selling Tailor pants or skivvies?
Recipes from commission chests have been pretty rare so that is rather lucky
btw mythbreak commission drops gravplate. my bad sry
@hot token Is snowdrop somewhat uncommon up there? Ran a guild crate then listed some cheap snowdrop and sold weirdly fast lol
did mining spoils break when they disabled node buffs? Saw zero spoils procs in 3hrs of mining with ~700 spoils
how much are leggo rough ruby going for?
where do we get iron from ?
I may have been buying all of it.
So the market is mostly empty
mostly empty is an understatement 🙂
People tend to go to daff lane so snowdrops are slightly rarer
I know you talked about being broke haha so wasnt sure if you were also the one on top of all of the lego flowers
I could normally check joeva/halc/win for lego flowers just to see if there any somewhat reasonably priced and there just arent any at all for almost the past week
Aside from the occasional crazy bluebell at like 10g ea lol. Though I am wishing I had grabbed that spindlevine for 4g ea

By respect I won't list in halcy, but the emporium will restock for a final green/blue gatherer app shirts run. Should be enough to crowdfund the last 40 or so gold need for weaver upgrades
Yeah I have really been bad about making any app bags/shirts lately. Really should because I am kinda broke in terms of paying for processing. But just kinda dumped it all into shirt prep
A few of the t3 stones like limestone
i heard you can get some with metalworking and destroying some stuff like slate but i did not find it in the tooltip
Markets are empty where ever I go so it's not just you. The emporium has been the largest contributor it seems.
Yeah my problem with making anything ahead of time is that normally I was spending a bunch so any money I got on my to-order crafts, went right back into mats. So I was never confident in listing shirts/bags in towns lol
Especially since some people were consistently listing at like 10% above cost
Yes, sanding tier 3 mats will also do it. Either way you gotta hit t3 stones
If you open metalworking and search for sand, then look at journeyman ones, it'll show you all the options you can get from them
ohhhh ok so its journeyman 🙂 thx for the info
does runic steed spawn in the wild, huntable?
Where to get the "Recipe: Elixir of Mining"
working on a map of sportfishing spots in riverlands
anywhere im missing?
Where to get the Recipe: Elixir of Mining
Well you're missing anvils
just doing riverlands for now
SE of the Carphin one before the river to Mira - WNW of the spot you have on the border of Joe/NA (between the three island chain - the lower gap) - NE of the Halcyon one where the T intersection is - 8 all up - no ms paint access atm
where do I make the ship hull that you equip to the actual ship? I can only see the only you use to make the ship in the first place in the carpentry bench, and the other one is still in the carpentry crafting menu?
Can someone share a link that explain the quality feature in crafting pls
realy wish it was easier to target farm recipes -.- the 2 recipes im chasing are like off a a handful of mobs and they just dont wanna drop 😄
miraleth has one south of the one you have marked, kind straight south of the tower in that openarea there
the old ways were much better but intrepid chose to universalise everything
went to try a cloth physical armor build but all the cloth physical recipes are in the worst mobs to farm/kill
mistglean apparently drops from tropics spiders/vampire bats and thats basicly it which are all spread out over the place and vamp bats are overtuned.
The duneflare is super rare drop from 1-2 mobs in the desert whcih are 2 stars
only cloth physical set lol
they could have like all mobs drops torn sandsqual desert recipes and u can trade them in for the specific desert recipe u want based on how many needed. atleast u can get the recipes u want then :p
Hey, anyone know where to find the Apprentice adventuring exp scroll recipe? Is it a drop only?
Is it possible to gamble wyrdstone into anything?
You can buy a Roasted Chicken (+Mag Power) from the JM Cooking vendor, cheaper than you can make one from scratch. (not an isolated instance).
Please make cooking great at some point >_<
And so many recipes still offer 0 stats, be wary of what you buy, check your stats and take a screenshot prior to eating.
Bug report if no changes. Please and ty.
Its supposed to be an econ game. So i really dont see any reason why vendors would sell the same stuff you make. Its the same for potions.
is this a known issue that Craftsman's Casserole doesn't work? I have green carpentry elixir (458 quality) on which does work and 72 quality from clothes.
You can search the bug reports channel, right?
updated map of sportfishing spots in the riverlands
Thank you!
game need a pity system 😛 every 1000 ash tree u ghit ur garanteed a lego or epic hit hahaha
i am yet to see a legendary hit on a t1 tree and my lumberjack 45 😄
hmm did they something with the quality ^^ 2 hours of mining, not a single epic and only 5 heroic
they realy need a pity system haha atleast i know ill get osmething eventually lol
There should be an expensive way of upgrading common to uncommon, uncommon to rare, or something of that nature.
Technically the harbingers is a system like that.
ivebeen sugesting that for ages let us turn 10 wood into a green wood then 10 green wood into a blue wood and so on for example
Personally, I am waiting for the artisan skill trees to come out. You can already some placeholder stuff in your character page.
Has Someone an Pic of an Epic Journeyman Mining Pickaxe with Quality and Spoils ?
would love to know if that Pickaxe is better then the Voidbreaker
I think the ratios should be higher, but I agree with that system.
There should be a reward for getting 9 stacks of common that fill up a journeyman bag. (More than just vendor trash.)
You already can
still got artisan skill tree that boost things further
i just use those numbers as example devs has better idea on what to choose as correct number
quoted it for wrong reply got ahead of myself 😛 cant edit a quote out im pretty sure
The quality increase from the casserole is at the top of your pic?
yes I've consumed it as you can see in my buffs bar@novel surge
Unless you have 399 from something else
all the other crafting quality was 0
oh, had no idea
That is the part I was asking about
let me double check
how does that quality even work? is it just added to the any other specified crafting quality?
it didn't increase my crafted stats at all
yes it did increase general quality but it didn't work on crafting
I will rephrase my ticket
is there any reason to go to grandmaster in any profession?
Yeah that is my understanding of how it should work. But the currently implementation is weird
With all the food
Like, why do generic and profession specific foods have the same amounts? If it works identically, then anything other than the generic would be a waste
so at the moment it does nothing
No quality does lower the threshhold of a quality upgrade. It does not give you better stats. You basically need less epic ressources to make something epic
Imagine being broke on the day of weaving + tailoring upgrade. I can't even afford to craft JM bags or shirts. The emporium is ruined.
300g+ of mars prepared, can't afford to use it.
Yeah sadly I think the start is gonna be making shirts to order then going from there
Since it is like 28s per recipe and 25s per craft
well im constantly broke so what should i say ^^
It is supposed to do both. Change rarity of material requirements and have better stat rolls within that tier's range
is it ? thats new to me. But would be great
Otherwise there wouldnt be much reason to have a stat range for crafted items
But yeah I get the feeling the generic stat boosts might not be working quite as intended. It is hard telling
Essentially, the stat range boost how far into that tier the quality boosts you
So let's say, for example sake that 100 quality would give you uncommon, and the item give 100 of a stat at common, and 150 at uncommon, having 99 quality would give you 145ish of that stat while the item being common
Do we know that for sure? If so, then mat cheesing only seems mildly worth it to just get the color you are hoping for
I was under the impression they were separate. So like if you are 2% into epic, but high quality, you can still roll high on the quality stat range
Question about Armorsmithing. I am journeyman armorsmith and tried to craft a Graveplate armor in Miraleth at the journeyman smithy, but it didnt show me the recipe to craft the armor. In the requirements of the receipt it says Certification, Jungle and Smithy Service Building. Do I have to be in the jungle to craft the item?
Yes you would need go to a jungle biome
Thanks for the reply, although players are selling this armor on my server, but none of the jungle cities does have a journeyman smithy ... hows that possible?
Assuming Jundark and other jungle towns really are underdeveloped, unless there’s a misunderstanding with the description you’re seeing—and it can be crafted elsewhere—I’m not sure. There are certainly biome-locked recipes though, that is a thing in the game you’ll run into
I'm not in game ATM to look at graveplate specifically but if it's stating jungle (jundark) certification and smithy service building then yes to craft it would need to be done at a smithing building in a town in the jundark area but thats specifically to craft the item, the area things are crafted they can also drop on mobs so while your server may not have a jundark smithy doesn't stop people getting graveplate items as a drop
can any1 explain me how that enchanting works? is it just for specific items? because here it does just nothing
Enchanting is meant to increase the numbers on the stats but you aren't the first I've seen have no change on specifically voidbreak, I'll say same to as I have others, bug report so they are able to fix it
thanks, ill try it out with another item 🙂
I haven't confirmed with people via their stat panels but the several accounts of people saying enchanting not working everyone has been voidbreakrr so visual issue or fully broken seems specific to voidbreak
nope stats are the same, no display bug
Did you happen to enchant any other items? Did their stats change? You don't have enchant just for the answers but I haven't enchanted yet to confirm it's just voidbreak yet but it's only item I've seen people mention
Have had people say it about a couple different tools
Are there any sport fishing events in the desert?
I've not seen any in desert yet in my limited time searching
Does anyone have a list of what settlements on vyra have what higher level benches?
updated map for riverlands sportfishing, if im missing any spots lemme know
If I want Zinc/Copper, can I sand casino blue/epic/heroic basalt, granite, volcanic at **Novice ** Doesn't show in the rewards, but you know, AOC
It's a chance of rolling it and it shows in the P menu - can also add volcanic and dead coral - also if you want rubbies try the Stonemason Frag Casino
Yeah you can, just did some last night
anybody who wants 3g to press the button when i have mats for armorsmithing is insane..
You're paying for their ability to click that button
Which means it's most likely a radiant combine given the state of itemization and drops, so they did 20 levels of losing increasingly more money per combine tier skilling up to get to that point to be able to click something that players actually put a value to bother making.
oh i get it but its my mats, plus processing plus a guaranteed 3G plus tip
just got someone to do it for way cheaper so
Question: I see people selling craftman's casserole with heroic quality. Since it requires chicken meat, and the only way I know to produce that with a certain quality is with animal husbandry with quality, do people use that loop? It seems a money/luck sink
There are lots of MMO players that just go with the flow or 'my time is free' , or any other number of reasons they charge what they charge. I was explaining why you were asked to pay for that click, the reasoning still stands. The crafting cost for some of the adept crap is like 2.3g on it's own as well. You'll see the same thing with husbandry and the mount lotto especially right now.
And it's a test period with an impacted economy from a myriad of hyper-inflationary sources, so that's also becoming a factor quickly.
If it's a drop recipe or gated somehow as well can factor into things.
oh i do get it but it is what it is
Yeah things are wild right now, kind of wild into a brick wall in a sense
And the fact the market mechanics are total dog water doesn't help
Anyone had a bug where animal husbandry wont upgrade to apprentice? at the trainer, have 10 tried to relog nothing happens
do you have 5 apprentice skills already?
is there any actual difference between mount tiers for example common scorpion vs epic (purple)
No right now. Think this will be changed in the future though
okay will hang on to my purple mounts for now then
I've got a recipe that requires 3 inputs. If I do 2 at Epic, 1 at Rare, how much quality would I need to get an item to Purple? Is that big of a jump possible? I tried to use the online calculator, but it's advising that it may be inaccurate.
Would recommend using this one https://aocarmory.com/crafting-calculator
Good lookin out. Thank you!
I did like an idiot
Are basi hides used for literally anything?
Always fun when people effectively work to crash the market within an hour of the market existing
Hey does a cow die when being milked?
trying to calculate prices beforehand to see what ingredients to prep until i reach higher level
Whats the best way to level up to JM Arcane Engineering?
eternal farm for a recipe -.-
does anyone know if you can actually get the journeyman Minining pickaxe with the quality stat?
it shows in the list when you push p
Yes, when the stoneworks upgrades it's mining vendor
every one posted on the market is the speed one so i was wondering if its actually bugged
does anyone know if the ashes codex build planner shows set bonuses in the stats?
is Birds of Paradise Apprentice orJourneyman?
its looking like JM checking the bolt ingredients but why is it being used on wavecutter bow, where as a same level glorybound shortbow only uses apprentice plant moonbell...
what is the best profession for goldmaking, in your opinion?
Does it make a difference if I fish in a lake or river regarding the chance of what fish I get? e.g. I get more laremouth bass than bluegill in a river
May I ask if anyone has a regular schedule for fishing activities? I waited by the lake for four hours yesterday but no fish showed up
There are 10+ spots in the map and one event lasts an hour after activate. 4 hours is not enough.
Is seawater and fresh water shared?
Either call out and pray for an answer // do laps till you find one // camp the one closest to the cookhouse building and just wait till it pops with normal fishing
Thank you
"Flying Heaven Hanging"
Huntable Alligators still dont exist.
Hey Fishing Bros! Have you noticed different yield / fish quantities based upon location? Or pretty much the same quantity no matter where you fish?
Trying to maximize my Lamprey vendor gains
Why do i never find any new novice recipes from drops or on the market?
hey is there some hidden quality on crafting components like ingots? or does only the final rarity of the ingot matter?
Ive seen crocs in the desert?
Needs to be alligators specifically for their carcasses. I don't think they are in game yet. Was like that last phase.
I vendor them. Market slots are limited and used for full stacks or valuable items.
I would think there would be at least one. Its seems they dont exist beyond a couple though. Like purifier armor, glenwarden, undermarch etc
I've only seen 2nd division, bastion, verdant yoke and verdant yoke almost never
There are recipes that do exist but most are bypassed either by people farming other mobs for xp or the fact that people get to ten fast enough and need adept gear that novice gear just isn't worth time or mats with tutorial quest chain giving you gear almost equal to novice crafted stuff
Would be useful for leveling crafting
I dont really feel like making 1000 2nd division trash
So you prefer to make 1900 verdant yoke trash after spending extra time trying to get the emblems?
Emblems I can buy cheap
I'd make a variety of things
Decent money selling verdant yoke so far
You wanna make more work for yourself then feel free i can't stop you but your literally asking for more work and less effecincy to do the exact same thing
I play for fun
So why you leveling skills then, system is designed that getting to apprentice is work and work isn't fun so following your logic you should give up crafting
If you wanna call it fun you can make 1000 2nd division and hand me so coin
I find it fun to make a variety of things and sell them to people who want them. Leveling is to be ablento make even more things
Let me guess you haven't even looked at crafting region variants?
I have. I've only seen 2.5 novice armors after many hours searching. Hence my ask
How do you see half an armour?
Only 2 verdant yoke recipes. I dont known if the rest exist
But vebdor sells 2nd div and bastion
And you checked vendors in all regions?
guys crafting worth to try? i heard a lot of crafters not earning gold
If you dont know, then fine
Let me approach this another way.. is your character over level 10 urzen?
Yes
If you enjoy crafting it is worth but it is gold sink and mats sink and time to get to apprentice and even more to journeymen and depending on the trade you need atleast one these ranks before you can make anything you can sell for a profit but I enjoy my crafting but it does take money and time investment to achieve
And how long from starting did it take you to get to 10
A week
So in a game that's designed around year and years of playing you want the thing that takes a week to be so worked on that you can have over 100 different recipes just cos you don't wanna repeat craft something?
I want to know if those other recipes even exist. Thats all
Press P, everything there exists
I've seen no evidence of that
and what cos you killed a mob and it didnt drop 100 recipes then it mustnt exist?
Move along
Townboard mission reward chests seem to be where most of them come from and I think maybe around L13 the apprentice level drops get added to the loot table.
I didn't do as many in Anvils as I've done in Riverlands as it's pretty obnoxious up north to level via that path. Down south it's been easier as the mob density and levels are less/lower.
I imagine you need to use low level toons to focus the loot pool on those novice drops.
Yeah I checked all those commissions coffers too. They all say 2nd div or bastion is anvil in the description and I've not had anything else come put of them. I would think if farming mobs dropped them someone would at least crafting and selling the armor, but who knows.
Im not going to waste time on it anymore
Which one of those is Dracaena?
the invisible one 🙂
any arcane engineers on shol able to help me make a blue focus, got the recipe
is there any master or grandmaster recipes for armor or weapons? do i have to find them or is whats shown in artisan page all thats available
this is grandmaster stuff we have atm i guess there is not much more in the master and gm category because of the levelcap we have
we have more item grades later
@supple orbit
so whats the strat for making armor molds. what sohuld i downgrade/upgrade to make high tier armor molds? any tips?
Don’t do it
true
thats actually massively disappointing and i feel ive been wasting my time, sorta pointless to do this stuff all i see it as is a compromise cause they didnt do more for it faster and that leads me to question what seriously caused things to not be as developed as it makes it seem... way too much future planning, just like the wiki you cant tell wtf is in or not so stupid to have journey level require grand master tables.... just wow
its higher ilvl stuff it makes sense
we are just at half the level we could be so wouldnt matter if you could craft lvl 30 gear
Yeah a large part of it is that we dont know if a lot of this stuff will even be in these brackets. Having a feeling of wasted time is sort of silly to have in an alpha especially if you arent looking through the things you want to craft and what they require
We are buying in to an alpha, in a sense to waste our own time. Just make sure you are providing feedback in the relevant locations. Also ignore the wiki since it isn't something that is officially from Intrepid. That is all community managed
you upgrade another steam account since they didnt want to do anything to transfer to alts and no i wont count using guilds cause we shouldnt have to deny guildmates storage access just to transfer to an alt which you cant transfer money anyways yet again too much future planning with crap compromises just to get more people on, if they dont crack down on development then people are gonna get tired and move on, its got alot of promise but i dont think too much has changed from the last build before it hit steam aside from summoner class..
thers no ilvl this isnt wow
@lusty kindle since you wanna face paml my statement where do you see ilvl, it is NOT the grade: adept thats your lvl bracket to equip said gear so whats this ilvl please explain
the item i posted has higher material need, higher station requirement and higher stats as the other items its really obvious
thats not item level that quality straight from new world and even FF14
quality is something different here
item lvl is a COMPLETELY different system not dealt with at all in this game just cause it has higher stats doesnt mean its ilvl based you may consider it that in your own words but thas not whats actually is in the game
ilvl exists
other people call it tier1 - 2 -3 so if it has no official naming i dont really care how you call it
Moltruin armor is ilvl 23, rosarium is ilvl 26. Both are radiant grade gear
Equally the website most of the player base uses, defines it as item level 23 26 and 29 gear..
plain and simple ilvl is not a factor in this game case and point im not going back and forth with you on this theres no number on character page refering to ilvl nothing on item tooltip, like you jsut said its from wow not this so dont even use it its a made up stat in this game all youre gonna do is confuse ppl so i suggest using a differnt term
others disagree with you 🤷♂️
Moltruin gear is item level 23. Rosarium gear is item level 26 and has higher base stats. I think it’s pretty clear that ilvl exists
like protesters in a street just wanting to get their way, youre literally just trying to get people to call it what you want/ what you heard others call it which they too are wrong, im betting its a content creator that you followed like a sheep, so again you can accept that or not, but you will forever have someone question where this stat or number is and will require more explanation when you could just find a more upfront way to label it something actually in game but be stubborn not my problem
What are you arguing
Old man yelling at clouds moment
now he namecalls me wtf....
If you want to argue so heavily against it, then give it a term you feel should be use
Because there is extremely obvious "tiering"
Especially considering drop sources
by calling you a sheep? its a reference people seemingly like you here one thing from a content creator and you let them lead you like a sheep its a comparison get over it
i never watched a single content creator for ashes but ok
just cause an item has more stas than another doesnt mean its ilvl based yall are literally delusional at this point ilvl is not a number anywhere in the game its self imposed
there is very much tiers of gear, which have higher stat pools the higher you go up. Whatever you want to label them. Within a grade.
Yeah it is not strictly "ilvl" but there is definitely distinct tiering, regardless of what it ends up called
my god a white mace and orange of same name has vastly different stats this is QUALITY based not ilvl based you got some hollow skulls if you cant comprehend that you clearly never played NW and it shows
though the website built entierly on datamining the files calls it Item Level 😄
You are talking about something entirely different lmao
again your trying to give it a term that has to aplication in this game so just dont use it your wrong accept it
quality is a different thing in this game dude
quality/rarity != tiering
i think youre trying to apply the wow term to a system that is different.. when everyone here understands its very different
mf you literally just told me that stats are what effect ilvl and its obvious do i need to clip it for you?
it is
ilevel affects base stat pools
you just ignore it
rarity is a multipler to those base stat pools
funny you are here for a year and have no clue
youre a god damn broken record dude talking in circle to seem right im fucking done with you my god
Aran, what would you propose it gets called
you get corrected by several people and im in the wrong sure
sure use tiers cause thats more apparent in game ILVL is not a factoring stat/ number in this game your dead set on using wow terms prove me wrong on that
These are also two items that are in the same level bracket. Both require the same stats and are the same type of weapon. One is very clearly a tier above the other. What would you call the difference?
wow is not the only game on this planet with item level get your head out of your ass
you are literally dead set on using a wow term that IS a number value used in that game BUT NOT used here its self imposed and youre too narrowminded to accept that
you literally said it was a term from wow yourself
you started this wow thing
Why are you dead-set on not answering my question lol
because he has no clue
Just ignore and move on 30 minutes later we can’t wrap our head around ilvl being a thing
Has yet to address a single thing I said, even taking "ilvl" out of the equation
this comes from ones crafting skill which is a massive thing in NW and the stats those clothes provide this does not have anything to do with ilvl you need to look up what ilvl means
I am not talking about ilvl right now, you are
Both of these are from the crafting skill, yes. But they are also both dropped items
then what fucking question are you asking me i replied to the latest thing you posted
I am not sure why you feel the need to swear at me when being asked a question.
I am asking how you would distinguish the "tiers" of these items
Since there are numerous different names that fall into the same bracket
that has nothing to do with ilvl, we will keep using wow as an example since its the easiest to explain theres no variations between ilvl on the items in wow ilvl doesnot effect stats if its crafted their finesse and other prof stats can increas said items stats THE ILVL IS NOT EFFECT, here thers nothing indicating ilvl is a number accured ANYWHERE its self imposed by people that heard it from somewhere else trying to generalize a term that has no place in this game its not hard to understand but you few are literally being the most comabative about it justifying it by going in circle talking about stats well ilvl is a fucking stat and that stat is NOT IN GAME jesus fucking christ
ashescodex.com is not self imposed by people hearing it somewhere
I have not talked once about ilvl being what should be used. But ilvl in wow and "ilvl" being referenced by others here for Ashes are two entirely different things
yes... it is
ashes codex has been used since phase 1 by the majority of the community and is datamined from the files
used by sheep, some creator used a term that doesnt fit the game and just like sheep yall use it with no reasoning i rest my case
you dont know what datamining is ?
item level are 2 words that mean more than just what people who play wow use them as
im not taling to you about anything else unless you want to be rational and realize ilvl is a stat from other games and isnt used here you rfuse to listen to reason what makes you think i wanna listen to you anymore
noone in ashes uses ilvl in the same way as they do in wow
it doesnt mean the same thing
Yeah those are absolutely different systems
none of are using ilvl in the way wow uses it
and seemingly everyone else understands each other
then call it something differen cause the entire thing i was pointing out still stans your gonna confuse ppl and theyll go looking for this imaginary stat, its w/e
no one using ilvl the way wow does it cause its not an actual thing here you guys just dont wanna call it something more accurate
its not imaginary. its the name of the tier of gear in radiant that is item level 23, item 26 and item level 29 gear. which we use the shorthand ilvl for
That is just what it is called in the game files. Propose a different term that people call the tiering if it gets under your skin so much and it may or may not change how they call it
it ssorta is is made up cause nw did the same shit its not called ilvl there
however intrepid have labelled the field item level.
you think the 23 26 and 29 numbers weve just invented?
its very odd numbers to decide on
tier quality rarity (those are 2 different things) rarity would be color green to orange quality would govern stats
tier would be lvl bracket
no
So would T23 and ilvl 23 not be the same thing
see now we in a circle again you refuse to listen to reason
if you want to be so pedantatic, there is no tier (level bracket) theres grade.
grade is what level you need to be to equip it
see now youre getting it thats displayed in game
But there is still distinct tiering
item level, is a class on the item when looking in the file that defines the size of the stat pool
If we called something tier 23 or ilvl 23, it would be the same exact thing
in just the stat numbers? that would be quality my dude
quality/rarity would refer strictly to the color
wow even did it with their updated profs system
but not ilvl
the ilvl defines the base stats
which is made up in this game
So this is common, of course, still Initiate and tier 9 or ilvl 9
where ilvl on that pic
The 9
this is such an odd hill to die on
This is legendary, still initiate, still tier 9 or ilvl 9
if its not explicitly called ilvl at this point where never gonna see eye to eye cause your too damn stubborn
I don't care what anyone decides to call it lol. Item level is the internal term that Intrepid uses to categorize tiering within level brackets
I am not arguing for one name or another
likely tier cause ilvl is not a number the way yall are describing ilvl is that itll fluctuate on several factors quality rarity tier and w/e else yall may have said, none of this boils down to the term ilvl which is a stat in most games that use it and im sorry but its not used here yall just think it is cause you cant think of a different term and or used some 3rd party guide website to let it lead you, like a sheep
The problem is you're trying to apply systems from different games into this one
he overreads that its datamined and actual in the files its funny ^^
idgaf what its called but i will point out its not an actual stat maybe be similar to other games in a way but its different her eand is not ilvl im sorry lol
I want you to be honest if you understand what datamining is
It is fine if you don't
So the first two of that are correct but not the 3rd
Reflects stat budget and determines potential but not requirements/sorting
oh here we go hes about to tell you where youre wrong for 30 mins and be narrow minded
The thing is, I haven't called anyone names. You have.
I am trying to explain a difference in systems/understanding
Attempting to get everyone on the same page.
narrow minded isnt name calling comparing actions to sheep isnt name calling dude your soft im sorry grow up
I didn't say narrow minded was a name although calling someone a sheep is literally name-calling. As well as dingbat. But I also don't care about those lmao
narrowminded is describing how youre acting not seeing reason im sorry you dont like the term
but i guess it doesnt apply or may be different like ilvl right?
Except you are refusing to take in different information and form an opinion based on that. Which is literally the definition of narrow-minded lol
lets explore that for a bit im tired of ilvl cause id have more luck getting through a brick wall
as are you
yeah, i know wow uses it as a benchmark to reach before allowing you to do certain content, not sure about other games, it's an ai just summarizing
refusing to take anything into consideration you claimed it come from datamining and or the first alpha build you and dismissing any reason, like seriously
I haven't dismissed anything
I am explaining differences in understanding to see if we can reach a common ground and see where the breakdown in communication might be.
yeah you have lmao if you cant see it then youre very narrow minded
a description not name calling before you go there kid
Already said someone being told they are being narrow-minded isn't name calling
But do you understand what datamining is?
This is a genuine question, not trying to talk down or anything like that.
we will forever be in this circle adiuva, lmfao your are defiantly a kid, i said what i needed to say im not getting into a convo with you, youre delusional if you thik i wanna chat with someone like you, crazy so combative when its not seen youre way, i was being logical and trying to use reason but you wanted to justify it caue its what someone else called it so you followed, you refused to listen to reason, yeahwe aint having a convo about what you want now nuh uh
A lot of this really just feels like kind of an odd misunderstanding
lmao
then maybe see where im cvoming from but thats ships sailed
Can you not answer my question?
im not answering about an off topic question of datamining no
That is 1000% on-topic?
It is, like, the primary basis of this entire discussion
You can go with just yes or no for the answer
not at this point and time you want me to listen to you you shouldnt have dismissed everyhting i was saying just to be seen as rightwhen i was being logical and reasonable
You might be mixing me up with one of the others that were initially part of the discussion. I was even using pieces of your wow examples, since I used to play that as well and was heavily involved in crafting there.
But the entire discussion seemed to be that you didn't like people using the term item level because it was not a visible stat within the game
Which it is not, that is correct
and thats all that needed to be said
it is however a labelled data field in the game files
The problem is, we can't just stop it flat there, because there is still nuance to it
The reason that item level is being used as a term for discussing tiers of items is because that is what the developers use for them
not really just cause something is datamined doesnt mean it sthe correct term it can very well just be a placeholder s othe devs working on the code know where to look
im still confused wether this very petty arguement is around the usage of a name or acknowlegement that a grouping exists
Seems to be the usage of the name if I am understanding correctly
The problem is, that is all we have to go by.
Even if it is a placeholder, it is still an official usage
Anything else would be made up and then fall under your definition of people acting like sheep
would you prefer we call them "easy, normal and difficult" crafts? because at each ilvl label the items require an additional material to craft even in initiate and adept grades
The usage can absolutely evolve over time though
its also and alpha should there be ilvl later fine but its currently not a real thing right now its self imposed name / term that players are using cause they havent found a realistic term that fits it accurately thats all i was saying is lets call it something else actually in gamemaybe visable cause youre gonna get people come in telling them they need such and such and they cant physically find said number CAUSEITS NOT THERE and self imposed term simple
The only argument there is just that it isn't self-imposed. We are just using what we have from the devs at this time. You are correct that there isn't another term for it, which is why we use their item level brackets that they use
its self imposed all cause a cicrlced number in a corner of a tooltip like seriously
Nobody is saying "you need ilvl 26 to join this group" but saying a good upgrade would be "an ilvl 26 weapon" is a bit different
And it is just referring to the tiering since we don't have any other official tiering
I don't disagree that it could be named something a bit clearer. We just don't have something clearer to use currently.
Especially because in-game, the tiering is very unclear without looking at every single item individually
Hopefully on the next cycle they make things significantly clearer because it is currently a mess. Especially when you are trying to find items in profession tabs. Using tailoring as an example, the profession tab shows arcane aegis, then soulseeker, then dewthread while the tiering is reversed
Arcane aegis can be made at any apprentice bench, dewthread requires a textile mill journeyman table, and soulseeker requires a master tailors storefront expansion to craft
But yes, raw ilvl from a wow perspective would absolutely not apply here. In this case, typically the dewthread chest would be higher ilvl than the soulseeker. We just need proper official tiering/sorting of item brackets within the level brackets
That is pretty much the extent of the explanation/reasoning though
Holy fucking dent still going. Item level is tied to how many base stats an item receives. It is a thing in this game and many other games
Correct
what we learned today is if you call it ilvl you are a sheep
:^)
but sheeps are cute so
if you call things labelled by the developer of the game by the name they gave it, you are a sheep*
ur cute pal
because you follow them
we should stop calling it Ashes of Creation for fear of being a sheep
and if you call it something else its self imposed
so no matter how you call it you are wrong
oh yes my mistake
so in every case we loose
so i have to call it an "3,266 Phys Power Greatsword" just in case nobody gets confused
Anybody knows what Torn Challenge petition piece does?
well considering how the 2 items they posted some stats benifits others and come as a use if needed just cause those stats not used on one character but used on the other using this logic behind just the power defines the ilvl it makes no sense so that IS selfimposed, even the upperleft number would be misleading but im sorry if thats being too reasonable and or logical. i forget broken logic excells in a place like this especially to a person like you
cause by the logic your implying just cause the stats are higher but sub stat may not be needed you should go for the uneeded stat just cause its a so called "ilvl" increase, that makes 0 sense thats jsut one reason why these stats cant be used simply cause rarity and quality stats from crafting profs and its gear/tools change this stuff, im sorry but its a mess and doesnt make sense till it does its not legit ilvl call it what you want sure but just like from your perspective not listening to me, in my eyes youre jsut the same and this will be a never ending circle so shut up at this point we can both be wrong and can both be right ultimately the fluctuation of these stats doesnt work for normal item level and the devs are just slow to make a meaningful stable term that can actually be tracked in some way
now i should shut up it gets better and better
Somehow managed to miss my point. Was showing that they are at different tiers, because of their item level bracketing. The lower ilvl item has to be epic in order to compare to the rare quality of the higher ilvl
You can overcome item level by increasing rarity/quality on a craft. Is that the point you’re trying to make? I can’t make sense of the wall of words
The whole purpose of the ilvl tiering is that they have higher stat budgets
And scale harder
Also some of these crafts are insane lol
Obviously different if there is a ton of farming going on but otherwise it is easily 200g+ in mats
idk what to do with the items crafted... alot of dupers/rmt people. Imposible to sell items. We need a wipe and fix that problems
I know it's not the point you were getting at and I'm not joining that discussion but the befallen forge relic requirement on piece in screenshot, do you know if that means the crafting bench in the forge required or if there's an actual relic a town needs to acquire?
Oh yeah that pic was entirely unrelated to the previous awful discussion. Yeah as far as I know, you have to craft it in the forge
That is what ive heard from others
This aint bad, look at some of the dried board counts for bows or the ingots for 2handers
That's true but you can get 200 dried board mats in like an hour or two
Yeah that's all I was asking as haven't tested myself be so busy with other things but 'befallen forge relic' was only crafting restriction I wasn't familiar with
Oh yeah just reread it. Wonder if that is a drop from one of the raid bosses
And if it is even implemented
Well it requires 'pelomnehs nursing cloth' to craft and usually mob that drops the craft component has low chance to drop the item but yeah never really know if befallen forge relic just means the benches in the dungeon like how regions have their own craft there recipes or if actual relic seeing as that is a thing for towns, though idk if I like the idea that many professions need a relic I believe there will only be 1 of
chat does anyone know if its possible to bump the quality enough to make legendary slate armor mold with clay being bugged?
Yeah at the very least I know that mob drops the cloth and the recipe since I have both
Hey all, do the JM tailoring bags for mining quality not exist in the game? I see them in the glossary but the textile mill vendor only has the speed/spoils recipes. Is there a building upgrade requirement?
If you were focusing on Alchemy and Cooking, what are the most optimal 2 other JM and 1 apprentice setups? I’m thinking fishing, farming, herbalism but can’t decide on which 2 to JM
It means you have to craft it in forge or at a node that has the befallen forge relic and the appropriate bench
Roughrime is gained from farming for it like any other material, I'm not sure what oversight your meaning
Every other gem can be obtained by crushing rocks, there is a chance to get rubies, roughrime used to be obtainable in the same way. That is no longer the case. It wasn't just from gathering as you assume to be the case here.
I don't believe rough rime to have an extra proc recipe like the ones your referencing, let me check one thing to confirm that
Used to be a chance like rubies, copper and zinc but it got removed from all the rocks
sorry wanted to check stone bench just in case but its not there either so you are correct physically mining it is only way to get it
roughrime is the only gem that cannot be obtained by crafting rocks into fragments, so it makes it hella more rare/valuable for higher rarities imo.
yeah i think its place should be in the stone fragment extra proc recipes as thats best gem extra proc spot but cos theres no unique anvil rock thats why its not there
I am not sure I wanna gamble a legendary craft with 0.8% into legendary according to aocarmory lol
im a crafter LOL
Nice, same
How can I tell looking at the map if a town has a master leatherworking outlet, and why would I need something that high for an apprentice level craft ?
hi
You pop an elixir before craft, do you pop a scroll after/before? (XP ones)
Before
Before craft, process, gather and xp before you turn in the missions (complete commissions is the name of the button in your J page)
Well shit, at least I got 1 right lol
Ty
No reason aside from personal "progress"
the eternal hunt for recipe drops and getting nothing is realy annoying 😄
Probably some random mob that you haven't even thought twice about killing - I just got a Howling Wolf recipe and Emblem of a bunch of wolves that I've been killing all day.
ive been farming them there just so rare one drop from lvl 20+ spiders/plants/vampire bats in tropics seen one recipe but the lvl 23 cloth version not the 26 cloth im after in tropics
the other is Desert mobs that only spawn in 1 spot in the communion since the other 2 area are disable due to dijina not being a village node
the drop rates are so unbeleivable low that u just end up killing thousand of the obs and seeing nothing and since there both so obscure of mobs u dont even see them on market at any reasonable rate ive seen a whole 2 recipes on the market lol
which is an issue since u have 2 whole options to make physicasl cloth gear both have obscure mobs spawns to farm with shit drop rates
armorsmith lvl 27 how to get radiant receipes guys?
market or drops
i have all artisan on novice, if i want to specialise in armor smithing, what all artisan do i need to focus on to be more independed as possible? im thinking, jm armor smithing, jm mining, jm metalworking, jm stonemasonry, and 1 apprentice? can someone guide me on this, im new to crafting
I would recommend taking a look through some of the JM recipes for armorsmithing and see what comes up the most in terms of mats honestly
And you can always bounce professions a little bit too
You can drop apprentice to novice and it stays at 10. So drop one, do a bunch of processing with another at apprentice, then drop that one
also a noob question, if im a citizen of miraleth, can i buy extra storage in different nodes?
I believe so more expensive and cant be expanded like your citizen storage
Question: I've bought & consumed a gatherer green salad before going to gather, but I see no buff icon/effect and in my gathering stats didn't change
I guess it's a bug?
When you use food buffs, you need to be standing still and not move - your character will sit down and “eat” the food - takes a few seconds and there will be a progress bar to show you using it
I’ve wasted too many food buffs by using them and forgetting to wait for it to actually use
oh boy xd thanks for the info /cry
Journeyman gatherers with gear etc, do they get items that boosts the chance to get rarer materials ?
If you were focusing on Alchemy and Cooking, what are the most optimal 2 other JM and 1 apprentice setups? I’m thinking fishing, farming, herbalism but can’t decide on which 2 to JM
farming specific mob for recipes so far 80g from loot 0 recipes -.- sigh
Yeah the universal drop table thing was a horrible change I miss when certain areas had certain recipe/emblem drops, no OP cos still had farm them up but could atleast target farm
there not universal drops btw cloth recipes drop from X mobs and so on for example radiant cloth desert recipes currently only drop from a single POI in the game due to djinna never made it to village so the other 2 spawns are not active, also 2 star mobs so not to easy to solo farm either
cloth in tropics drops from like 4 mob and there so spread out there alot of running
they should just drop biome specific recipe fragment s u can turn x amount of them in to an npc to get the recipe u want -.- would make all recipes useful tyhen :p
Things are more widespread is what I mean by being so universal, I miss the old way where say forsaken emblems recipes where highwayman hills and no other sets it emblems and ursine had a set and ros etc etc made targeted farming much better rather then this run around like a headless chicken and 90% wasted time system
are new drop tables listed anywhere? Assuming ashes of codex is currently out the window, due to so many wipes and reworks?
codex seems accurate it just biome specific now
cool, nice one
can any1 explain em where i get that Residuum from? the shifts are from salvaging but the Residuum i have no idea 🙂
Most residuum comes from deconstruction as well armour from armour, weapons from weapons etc etc I've never seen the artisan named residum
mh so im just unlucky because i deconstructed a few things?
Does the tempering kit anywhere say about what it's used on? Like in took tips anywhere
Cos I only know if armour, weapons jewellery named kits which are all pretty self explanatory I can even imagine what artisan would be
upgrading that mighty crafter belt 😛
Wait could artisan be artisan clothing like the shirt, skivies, and toolbelts?
yeah
Ahh then yeah residuum would be from deconning artisan pieces
ah ok,- so i craft a few shirts , and deconstruct it?
Yeah I think that should work, not messed with artisan ones but given how the others work deconning shirts should do it
aweseome- every day new stuff to learn. Thanks for clarification!
Hey learning experience for me to I haven't looked deeply at tempering yet but helped me learn to teach more in future
well i did some tests with enchanting as u can see here. i wondered whats wrong until someone told me to temper the belt to the next grade.
still, using a green and purp scroll with same effect looks like unintented
I don't believe I've ever seen rarity if scroll effect enchanting out come but yeah enchanting is stat increase while tempering is meant for the grade increase
So save higher mats and just use white scrolls will make them little cheaper to make
Guys which tailoring bags worth crafting from the basic JM ones?
Check your market?
Can I mix higher rarity fragments with lower qual ore when making ingots? Like 1 Heroic Frag + 2 Uncommon ore to get rare ingots? You can
Almost none it feels like lol
I am considering doing the herb one at high rarity to test out big spoils
If I have epic blue Sapphires what level of everything else do I need to make a heroic tidewrought ring. Trying to get mats together for a craft. The ashes codex calculator always feels like it's wrong
hi guys, where is better to farm yourneyman lumberjack? which location/tree
Try using this one https://aocarmory.com/crafting-calculator
Do i use [Commission's Scroll of Processing Experience] before i start the processing order, or do i use it when the order is done and i pick it up ?
Processing before, adventure after
a crafter ingame told me :
if you craft items -> use comission scroll of crafting experience before you start crafting
if you process items -> use comission scroll of processing experience just before you pick up items
How independend can i be if i wanna main armor smithin and my wife help me with her own account? So 2 ppl playing for 1 goal, can someone help break down what we need on 1 char and the other? Im confused hahaha
That is inaccurate
Crafting and processing are both before you start
Adventuring, for processing, is when you go to pick it up
But I can test rq too
im lvl 25, i dont care about adventuring
I didn't say you do, just how all 3 are understood to work
Just started a single thread, popped scroll, then started another. Will show exp when grabbing
i think that process needs some testing. it doesnt make any sense if process needs to be done before you start it. you get the XP when you pick up the items
awesome, thanks a bunch! ❤️
thanks alot.. and shame on me. Just did 180 threads and didnt take scroll before i started. RIP
Heroic + eddledoms are easy to sell raw and processed
Likewise with weeping willows
Do sandstone or volcanic rock have higher yields of zinc/copper? or is it relatively the same as each other and/or basalt/granite?
Is there a location to promote mining and hunter in the Anvils area?
In Bonfire or the other one think it's Hammers Rest
I have nothing to go on, other than a lot of game time. I'd say it's about the same.
How do you temper though, It literally won't let me even if i have the mats and the right item with right temper.
I've not played with it much this phase yet been so busy testing other things but once you activate the kit from inventory it should give you drop down to select item wanting to temper then it will display needed mats and coin and then you click to make it happen.. what part of this process is it blocking you maybe I can help trouble shoot
where location on theese tree up
wish i covuld get these recipes ive been farmiung for the last 2 weeks -.-
log in check for recipes log out 😄 fun game loop 😄 cant seem to farm them due to non exsistant drop rate
can you use processing potion to get a higher rarity timber wile processing? Example, can i turn rare ash wood into heroic timber?
Kind of. You need the quality stat to be high, then it’s a %chance for an upgrade. Not sure what the math is
Can you stack bags to get more stats?
LIke 3x
how much should a heroic slagbreaker pick axe cost?
You need to know what to make, otherwise yea you can potentially be in perma debt with some of these artisan skills
Lets talk tanning/leatherworking. I really hope my calcs are wrong so i want to hear from someone who is allready journeyman. How do you even level this thing ? It seems it needs insurmountable amounts of carcasses and time.
I see that as a long term project 🙂 right now im calcing and estimating things and it looks quite bleak
the thing is i wanted to buy my rosethorn gear, there is none, im looking for a long term project anyways so ill go for it. Like i said right now im estimating a lot of stuff because i dont know. In terms of tanning it seems the first 10 levels are more of a problem because most spots for ravens and grems are overfarmed, bears are very inconsistent except for the static spawns which spawn rougly every 10 min or so. Which would take me 100s of hour hunting bears alone ^^ Do you perhaps know a goot hunting spot till i have tanning 10 ?
Hate to say it, there's a reason grems/ravens are overframed. That is the way to do it.
Yeah i figured. Like i said. Right now i only see a problem till lvl 10, fater that it seems quite "easy" in terms of aquiring carcasses
I would say that LW isn’t the problem and is relatively easy to level. Tanning on the other hand is awful
Though until they re-enable node buffs levelling any of it is substantially more difficult
The whole lw/tanning/hunting loop needs a lot of improvements, they are so far away from the rest. Hunting should be a focus area for them to fix!
LW and tanning i feel are okay its the hunting thats wrong and needs fixing, bring it on par to other gathering skills and then tanning and LW are fine
True I guess LW levelling is hidden behind starting area grem farming which is the only reason it’s fine.
And I can’t imagine that’s even intended behaviour
Really ? I roughly calculated how many cracasses i need, how long it takes and how costly it is. In short, it takes hours with no end and costs a fortune. Maybe my numbers are wrong, did you allready lvl to journeyman ? how long did it take
but how does that compare if hunting is as avaliable as mining is to metalworking?
i will get more accurate numbers and try again. Im only starting that journey so i do not really know 🙂
I feel like you're slightly misunderstanding the question based on your response
Theyre saying that LW/tanning wouldn't feel so horribly long/expensive if carcasses were even close to as plentiful as ore/rocks are
It would for sure feel better if the base material was more available. But even if that was the case it still is quite insane. I mean in essence they are right, hunting is the most limiting factor. But that is because you normally level your proffessions via novice recipes. They are the most bang for your buck. I calculated lvl 10-20 tanning via rams, iirc one craft is 5,5 silver or so. It gets very expensive very fast, we are talking 100+ gold just for leveling. Like i said the other proffessions mitigate that with novice recipes but in this case it takes way to long to aquire the carcasses. And again my numbers could be way off, will check them tonight
Sooo ive been sports fishing at JM level with a JM pole for around 10 hours and ive not gotten a single medium fish or anything above a fry.
I have used every lure crank+ over 10 times.
Is this a bug or am I just pulling the short straw?
Hey guys, does anyone have tips to farm tendonite ? I don't really know where to go or which type or rocks i should focus on.
Thank you o/
All over the anvils
And you can get it from sanding materials i think but cant check right now
Yeah more or less or you play a very small amount but you’re literally funded by a huge guild 🤣 and get on when you do mass crafts.
Tbh that seems to be the only feasible way right now 🙂
I’m a jeweler but I honestly get more money by just making sets for my guildies, way to many people filling the markets. Rn but today I get that shiny legendary petalshard necklace. If all goes well.
Not waiting for buffs to be turned on. For like 10-20 more quality lol
Yeah one of the biggest problems with crafting right now is that people are just immediately crashing the market
Lyneth got the master tailor upgrade like 2 days ago. People were posting shirts pretty much at cost on the market within a couple hours. Makes zero sense
yeah im a jm scribe and alchemist. People are selling enchanting scrolls for 1g50, we have a 20% taxrate, the craft itself costs around 1g, it takes 40 rough rubys, 60 snow and 60 daf. You have to process all mats 2 times. Yeah its common mats but still. People are getting around 20 silver profit for all that work. People are stupid
and if they dont farm those common mats themselves they would make a minus
stupid
Yeah a guy on shol wanted to buy epic rubys I was like I’ll sell them to you for 1g they were cut. Everyone can cut them I get but on market rough epic rubies are 50-60 silver each. Guy responds back can you sell me them for 60 silver?
Like my man. Why would I sell you already processed epic rubys for the same price of non processed ones.
Maybe you mean to introduce the actual system. Why would you want to fix a placeholder?
I make the bulk of my money selling boards. Always have. Gather my own mats, sell them for the average market cost of 2 wood at that rarity. At some point every crafter will pay more for the processing time along with the mats. "Why spend all that effort gathering/buying and processing 40 boards when this random miller will sell me 40 epic boards for 32g?"
I chopped trees while watching anime, then left them to process while gaming with my guild, and profited over 30g. Easy.
Smart
ty for response, i will play around wit hthis
Ofc, i know it’s a placeholder and we need the proper system very soon,
Has knotbane oil been available at all in Alpha 2 Phase 3 ? I see posts about it being locked out from last September and October.
anyone know why sometimes your character will throw the fishing rod out a bunch of times and get nothing before they get a fish
but sometimes I just get fish nonstop
same spot
RNG
I moved down the river a bit just to be sure it wasn't my spot lol
question in previous alphas.. how much leg junskosh and lithium settled for?
It’s on the lumber milling vendor but the station needs to be upgraded enough for it to be sold.
has anybody tried this combination with quality? how much quality would I need to hit heroic
Try using this https://aocarmory.com/crafting-calculator
Thank you. I'm being told they are upgraded at two locations on Vyra, the item is visible but cant be put in the cart. Where would I look to make sure the station is upgraded ?
I’m not familiar with what to look for on the N screen of the town and buildings tab where the station is located. But if it’s grayed out at one vendor check the next.
Which expansion does it say it needs?
This is what I'm seeing.
Ah yeah that is likely from this
is this a bug or it doesn't give any stats for tanning?
So its a master level item needed for journeyman wood. The price kinda makes it make sense. Odd thing is, there are baskets for sale in Joeva on Vyra that require that oil. Is it possible to downgrade a building ?
Actually ...
Thatll do it haha
So it seems its just bugged at the moment.
Hey there.
You know alot, so im gonna ask you.
Do you know if there is a difference in tanning - if the different animals give different XP when tanning ?
carpenters-
Since Lj, lm, carp, and herb take out 4 of the 5 journeyman slots, do you guys think its worth it to leave weaving at apprentice? or should i just use fishing as my 5th apprentice for some sport fishing money and find a weaver 🤔
Could be just me, but from your thought process: having the extra income from the sport fishing to afford “hiring” weavers when needed makes sense to me lol. I’d weigh it on whether or not you plan to sport fish enough to make it work out that way. If you’d only get enough income to pay the weaver, and none to pocket, then maybe just be the weaver instead.
yeah thats why the decision has been so tough, but i already have to choose between JM weaver and herb anyway is the factor that really pushes me toward the fishing
Scribe - Can anyone help me find the apprentice level adventuring experience recipe? I didn't see it on the apprentice vendor unless I missed it.
It is a drop
Yeah I was afraid of that, been look on the auction house for days and haven't seen it
Thanks for the confirmation!
It has been a while since I tested but I believe they were the same or very similar
Hey is Nestone in the game?
First run messing around with the new bag, many flowers
Thats so much space lol
WOW, thats a lot of spoils. Notice any difference? Pop an elixir also?
I get quite a few 4-5x herb harvests honestly. No elixir atm since I have been around new aela and no luck on them on the market nearby lol
Right now sitting at 500ish spoils and quality. I wanna do 3x lego JM but that would be all my lego mats and dont wanna miss the chance to sell a hunter bag if the alt recipe comes up lol
Beautiful
It amazes me how ppl can have so many legendary mats 🥹
Occasionally snagging cheap ones over time haha
My bluebell and flax I mostly grabbed for 1g ea over the past couple weeks
Spindle I had to pay 6g ea
dang flax at 1g is pretty good deal
It was more like snowdrop/daffodil at 50s-1g then legendary woodchips for the same
Ahh nice
If I hadnt totally forgotten about farming after day 2, I would have had it way cheaper
Yeah highest spindle ive farmes so far is only rare lol
Like my 6th spindle plant was epic lmao
So I kinda have those threads just hanging out
Ohh nice I have yet to get a lego
Ive gotten bluebell, then moonbell, and best of all legendary banana 🤣
Where can I weave spindlevine? Is it zone specific?
Nope just have to get the mats from master weaver
Ahh, thats what it was.
thanks for sharing! how accurate/reliable is this? so many calculator going around at the moment and a few of them have been way off the mark 😄
That seems to be the most accurate one I have seen/heard so far
I was also right on the threshold for a blue shirt earlier and it worked

😲
i have 43 level herbalism only got 2 procs of leg 😢 one is snowdrop one is daffodil
I am at 42 right now and havent had any lol it is sad
Im trying to craft a wand but need tin fragments... Where the hell can i find some slate?
To be fair, ive been 50 herbalism for over a week now and only got 3 total so yeah.. But it feels worse the higher i got lol
Another run, this time with salad
Much better tbh
did they change aven-brior crate run? im 100% certain, that with epic cert and green mats, it turns it into a blue crate. but today, its not doing that anymore... they changed it without saying anything or im tripping? cause epic with white mats turn it into a green crate, using green mats and epic cert turns it into a blue crate which is worth 60s that i used to run. it doesnt turn it into blue crate anymore. im tripping?
What zone / area do the Briarhold recipes drop from? Does anyone know?
i think it was uncommon mats and legendary cert for rare crate?
no im 100% if you use uncommon mats it turns it into blue crate, cause when i gather i always have anough for 1 blue and 2 green using epic cert
thats why sometimes i have 3 green, and gathering back and forth one of the run i have enough for all uncommon and it turns it into blue crate. im 100% cause i even know the value which is 60s, i never ever bought leg cert
ah. then i'm unsure, sorry. was going off of others
#questions message
#alpha-two-general message
What is better when it comes to gathering tools, bags, etc. spoils, speed or quality? I’ve heard from people quality doesn’t really work
spoils and quality. speed is...negligible. big disappointment to the ones who were spending the gold to try it out, from what i've seen so far
The gathering speed Is not activated so sad i want it to activate so i dont need to spend 4hours to fill up a full jm legend bag
Look at the item in ashes codex and it will show the other stats. Just doesn’t show them all in game currently.
Ashes codex calculator is way off right now. Dont use it till it’s updated.
Any tips for farming freaking Furnace Moss?!
Could someone show us what the inside of Slagbreaker Mining bag looks like?
hello, i make some test during last week with 0 and 400 speed and i see the diff, when i mining i use 9 hits on a adulte basalt and when i use the 400 speed i only need 8 hits on the same rock
How often are you hitting green+ with the 500ish quality stat on gathering plants?
why i cant buy journeyman recipes im lvl 20 armorer
The city need to build the building for that
so the city has master armorsmithing station 1 point in building skill tree and people alredy selling these belts but for me the recipe is grey
Stupid question but have you lvl your profession into a jm?
yeah i have that
And the city where you try to by it, its the only city on your serveur who has master amorsmithing.?
yeah
Tbh im sry i cant help you 😭
thank you
Based on the picture a little above what you responded to and shortly after, I think greens are roughly 1/4 of my loot
No, ran packs last week, common + epic cert = uncommon. uncommon + epic cert is still uncommon. At least it was that for me. But you can tip the rarity if you mix some blue or heroic in it
Should I get Glintic Residuum - Weapon always when deconstructing? Just decon'd a few spellbooks and didn't get any residuums.
Its a chance, all normal
ahh, cheers
What u guys do common Sandstone and Ruby, just sell it to Vendor?
I got 1k speed vs a lvl 8 we same speed in cutting wood
🤣
Rather want the speed to be faster chopping animation than lessen the chop times
So i can feel like barry alan when chopping wood
Lol yeah would be funny to make the swing animation faster
Hey all, i know those question are probably asked a lot here, but do the mining quality, speed and spoils do anything? if they do how much do i need of those stats? And what are the benefits of going higher than journeyman for example in weaponsmithing
I would like to stop chopping wood in full armor
Make us switch to shirts even if just visibly
Nice. I need to link up with a farmer or something.
Jus someone who is lvling up their farming profession.
Anyone got a good moonbell spot?
whats the best mining equipment? like what are the best bag you should aim for
Yoooo anyone know a spot for leveling hunting to apprentice?
Can any hardcore crafters clarify if this would result in heroic craft?
at 37% into the quality
My understanding is you just go to your fav bluebell spot during the games night cycle since they only spawn at night
in what town you have to be to craft graveplate on lotharia?
Look at your map and you can see the buildings in each town. You’d be looking for the town that can do armor smithing
I don't believe in gatekeeping. Can anybody confirm this works? Bandit Shanty Town?
we got several towns with that but says req jungle, none of those in jungle and ppl are still crafting and selling them
Oh jungle is Jundark. South of new Aela
Thought you meant town rather than biome mb
I’ve seen this graveplate question before. Mobs in the respective areas can drop gear
If im just focused on lumberjacking, What is the difference between gathering quality and lumberjacking quality? Does gathering quality divide between all gathering so 5 =1 lumberjacking?
Nah it should be just generic quality applied to each thing undivided
Also is there any pettable otters in anvils or are they all riverlands?
Is there any use for common apprentice/jm materials? F.ex. Slate and Limestone feel like vendortrash
Buy Orders but they are disabled
Where's cacao spawn and wtf does it look like?
jundark, kinda short - brighter tree
All jundark? its a rare spawn like braid, etc right?
yep
thanks
Not sure if this is the right channel but I was gonna lvl up animal husbandry so I have like 50 rams but it doesn’t show them as trainable in riverlands or anvils. Is that a bug? Or is there something special I need to do with them
Bug / omitted / hold if you have space and think the devs will patch it / sell otherwise
here is the prouve than speed work
dunno if its the servor issus or not but you can see the speed work
Does rarity effect enchanting scrolls?
Yes it works - if you go you will see that it’s being farmed constantly.
Where do you get corrupted chili flakes recipe?
praise be spoils
Are you at the right station
Has anyone got a recipe drop for the Ars Incantis book from carph this phase? Or is it not in the game anymore
If there is more than one smithy in the city, you might be at the wrong one
I got one a week or two ago
how does elixir of crafting quality work? and is it better than lets say elixir of carpentry at the same rarity?
no you would need blue zinc there.
Your aim for heroic = 4-4.99 adverage
Lego fragment = 6
White armor fragment = 1
Blue hide = 3
(6+1+3) =10 then divide 3 imputes = 3.33 so you get a blue at 33% + what ever quality bonus does it definetly not pushing it up the remaining .66
you will need to hit a +12 on that item to garantee heroic
Common = 1
uncommon = 2
rare = 3
heroic = 4
purple = 5
legendary = 6
I have not tested it yet and either the name is wrong or the stat description is wrong because the only stat it has is crafting cost.
Is it intentional for the JM arcane engineering shirt to have no quality bonus?
I think it’s most likely they are still adjusting stats and things of that sort. Obviously still a long way to go in that front.
It is the same for other professions, such as JM tanning.
Also the higher rarity gear often adds stats that the common doesn’t have. Check it out in the codex.
