In game pressing these doesn’t work for 1/2/3 but all the rest do work.

A ToS agreement( and in this case the US ) is where its enforceability comes from . Defamation law in the US puts the onus on the prosecuting party to prove that the defendant slandered . That is VERY hard to prove since the most common defense to defamation is that the accused party was acting based on what they believed to be true . If intrepid issued a ban , someone accused them of defamation they would be subject to US law ( also note , a character name would need to be linked to a real legal entity somehow to even prosecute ) . They would have to prove intrepid knew they didn’t bot / rmt and said they did anyway
