that's a weird thing to take from the statement. Spin=AoE. AoE is generally desired in group pvp because you can nuke a group and put more stress on the healer. "You think a class is good is he was AoEing on 10 people with his guild" seems more...accurate? From experience, IDK about AoE, but my fighter friend in the guild I'm in is having a wonderful time popping a few people in a group fight before being either burnt out and killed or forced to peel back and heal.

My dislike for your guild aside, as a rational being, you understand why thats not great for the game as a whole right? Thats going to lead to crates ending up like caravans where they are hardly run by anyone but gold farmers. If you can dodge corruption like that, why bother even making crates when you can steal them at 0 penalty, and get the same reward. Hell why even have a corruption mechanic at all. All it does it basically force the victims to hold off on fighting back under the hopes that maybe the person in question isnt willing to go red, or that even if they are, they will at least be penalized, and then they aren't. So its not even real pvp. Its just killing people who dont fight back because they have misplaced faith in a broken system being abused by those acting in bad faith.

The problem with that approach, only large guilds like yours will thrive under that model. Us smaller groups will just end up being boxed out of that altogether. Crates served as a nice middle ground for us brokies without all the time on our hands to be 25 in the first few days or even week of the server going live

It also means after a day of playing, i have made a net progress of 0. I am literally right where i was when i logged in, as someone with time constraints to play, that is a problem. It means that those who can play nonstop can make the time invested of those who have less time, worth even less. Meaning catching up is nigh impossible.

Common crates have the same DR has Epic/Heroic crates. And so if you run 100,000 common crates you're hurting people making better crates than you.

100% active time also doesn't mean much in terms of drives with modern SSDs. it could be doing something very minor but constant. now if it is at 100% and the queue depth is growing and such...

What it is, is simply disrespectful to my time. i spent all day for 0 reward because someone i have no chance of fighting back against decided it would be funny/fun to shit on me in the name of "pvp" which looked like us not fighting back because we couldnt while they used a loophole to get around the intended punishment mechanic. Honestly, if things keep as they are, and while i know most of you just dont/wont care, as a casual player ill probably ultimately quit.
