Can anyone please explain me the huge price difference between a Myraleth- and a New Aela- Commodity Crate ? yes, the distances are slightly different, but when i started my run from Myraleth the prices on the crate looked quiet similiar to those from New Aela. When i arrived, the price on the crate was like 40% of what was written at the start of my journey. so the price changed for all locations within 30min

I think its because miraleth is MOST peoples homebase. So a majority of commodity crates that are being run are miraleth commodity crates. So miraleth ones are always going to be worth less than anywhere else

So after I lost all my gold crates to gankers the other day that put me off muling but I decided to try again today, needed a ticket run so I got 2 crates loaded one on back one on mule, went to go storage to pickup glint for trip back, all npc in town have vanished bug happened, then game crashed and while I was offline my crates fell on floor, as I log back in, two lvl 25 players while in town next to warehouse...just pickup my crates and run off with them.

Now I have no more tickets left and unable to make gold or get more tickets because mayor has been offline for days and we got no comissions available, no buy orders and nothing being constructed.

Yeah, cause last time I checked as a caster. You do not get any physical damage modifiers, just what skills and deadly moves, you could apply with your physical weapon.

Ashes does a lot of things well, explaining stats or tooltips isnt one of them

Weapons

• this is easily the most confusing part: your auto attack damage is based on your class: magical or physical.
• cleric, mage, summoner, and bard, are all magic based classes
• when you hover over your weapon in the bottom left of your screen, it'll show you your auto attack breakdown(i.e. " hit 1, 45% arcane damage, hit 2, 75% arcane damage", etc). This description is your WEAPON DAMAGE TYPE, not what the damage is based off of
• What this means is that your scepter and wands deal arcane damage for auto attacks, meaning it'll do higher damage to heavy armor wearers because they have less magic defence. Your INT based axe or sword are going to show physical slashing damage, which is good against light armor wearers, because it's PHYSICAL and their defense is versus MAGIC. Understand?
• the biggest misconception is that your magic power and INT stats won't affect auto attacks for sword/spear/axe, etc, but that's NOT the case. The damage that they do SCALES with your total magic power stat. If that axe says "75% slashing damage" in the orange, physical text, color, that means it does 75% of your total magic power as PHYSICAL damage.

I mean, if you're perped caster, you're built and baked in as a pure caster, I've used melee weapon and I tried the whole battle mage and it was all white damage. Well, take a bit of like this, the Mage has an inherent skill to illuminate the area around them. I imagine that would screw up a rogue stealth. Secondly, let's say we blend in the skills of a fighter and they use their cuisine art spin attack bleed effect with charge ability, so the rotation would go something like blink PBAOe or AOE - Melee attack bleed, bleed, lacerate, spin attack game over everyone.

Let's not even consider. The fighter has a self heal skill on their tree as well.

Cause that's exactly what I would do if I was a PVP'er

You can't agress people they have like a buff protection. So they can grief for free.

Also the queues work slightly different in ashes than most. You are queued to the server worker and people can walk into the area you are queued in therefore taking to slots.

Basically don't log out where there could be too many people on your server worker. Also server workers have weird boundaries. Now getting dcd into a queue means you are just fucked lol

Devs really need to re-enable the daily server resets at 2am. Had always been a thing previous to this phase, now server load is getting crazy across so many of the server workers that we can't grind in PoI's. The mobs literally just will not respawn. Ya know when I do see all the mobs up? After the server workers crash and when the servers come up after updates . . .

Don't even need server reset, the mob spawned can be reset hot. They have done it mutiple times this phase. Should just be macro like every 3 hrs.. this is basically like a ARK server at this point lol

Ok instead of ragequitting I decided to start a new character in riverlands and I found why everything was so frustrating and why I kept hitting roadblocks on progress so often. ANVILS. All new players should start in Riverlands seriously is 1000 times better in every single way possible on every aspect of the game and character progression/settlements/gold making/gathering/crafting/services/more friendly players just EVERYTHING. New players DO NOT GO ANVILS.

so i got through the EAC error then was greeted with the async infinite loading screen to which after that im now falling indefinitely. @vague leaf you guys should just take the game offline for a couple days to solve these problems as players have already lost days of time due to these persistent problems.

the problem with that is all the extra players and load on the SW's has led to a lot less game play so far - AOC just missed a couple of items in game to allow the Anvils to progress as fast as Riverlands

Riverlands 10,000 times better than Anvils. Just don't pick anvils new players seriously just don't. You won't get a proper experience or idea of the full game in Anvils it will just pee you off.

All it took was an hour in Riverlands and 5 levels to realize how bad a mistake I made starting in Anvils on my lvl 13 main..

Also picking a damage dealer class and going ranged makes a huge difference for your first character as well.
