So the way this seems is that, Its nothing on the client side. So deleting files and reinstalling and what not.. That won't work. This is an issue with your info and its state on the server side. So once you exist your game session or get disconnected.. Your account/character state is somehow affected on their end.

It might be fixed with a client side patch, but it looks like the issue exists on the server side

If you are stuck on an infinite Async cycle while trying to log in, there are options to fix it!

Step 1; Close the game fully and go to steam.
Step 2; Do a files integrity check (should be about 1800-1900 files checked if done right)
Right click ashes in your steam library, go to properties, under installed files is a button to check integrity of game files. This will start a process to check them.
Step 3; When the integrity check is finished, relaunch the game and try logging in again.

Option 2;
Try restarting Steam Fully and then logging in.

Option 3;
There is a rumor that might work, which is to go to character select screen, make a new character and login on it, then log out and back onto your other character. Not sure if this actually works though.

Option 4;
Step 1: Run Command Prompt

enter the command:
ipconfig /release

then enter the command:
ipconfig /renew

Upon logging in, wait > 60 seconds at character select, then log in.

May need to do ipconfig /flushdns as well.

If it doesn't work, I wish you all the best of luck in trying to find a fix, or getting into the game.

@rustic mossI am sorry but what you have said is just a delaying tactic. I cannot play any character on the Resna server. Log over to Shol and can play. Log out of character create a new character. Async issue. Restart game and log in to the same new character and get straight in.
Step 1. Waste of time as it is clearly not a steam issue.
Step 2. Pointless because it is clearly not a missing or corrupted files.
Step 3. See above.

Option 2. Waste of time. See above.

Option 3. This does not make a difference.

Option 4. Renewing your ip address and/or flushing your dns will not fix this issue as it is clearly server/game related.

Waiting 60 seconds is irrelevant and a waste of...wait let me count this...1...2...3 err 60 seconds.

I am sorry I am not trying to offend you in any way and I applaud your attempt at helping other people playing the game. But adding to the spam of: Restart your computer. Restart steam.
