On the contraire, a good shotcaller is imperitive to higher level pvp. For example, If everyone follows the general command "attack" then every character opposite gets attacked evenly, losing you the battle.

Yes they have. There will be multiple avenues to get to level 50 in the future. You won't have to only grind mobs but that will be a primary and efficient route.

Quests are 100 times better than at the release of alpha. I would anticipate at full release more quest will be out.
I think Steve has stated that the leveling is currently overturned to make it slower since cap it 25 and is expected to change once more is released. Could be wrong about this part though.

This game has been built around the idea of PvP anytime, and late game is GvG/SvS content on a mass scale (may not be implemented, but is planned that way) So that guilds fight eachother over resources.

i know why it crashed!! BARON RIVENDARE is still spawned under the map somewhere and every time someone logs into the game his scripted event runs and crashes the server. Only when that player gives up or moves far enough away the server doesn't crash!!
