Hi there! Been playing ooblets since it first came out on epic and encountered my first bug!? Weirdly enough its being stuck in my shop. When i closed shop an npc was frozen and wouldnt leave and therefore i couldnt leave. Reloaded game waited till the next in game day to see if it would trigger anything and it shows that shes trying to buy something that does not exist. It shows her at the front counter after reloading but shes not available to ring up.

hi there! since you've been playing on Epic since early access, can I check which version you're playing on? If it's an older version then this may be resolved with a manual update. If you're fully up-to-date, we can troubleshoot more!
In the epic games launcher it says v1.4.16_e_da
Was the game updated since last night? I just got home from work and loaded up my computer and she is walking out! Sorry for taking up any of your time!
no worries at all, you're up-to-date so I'll check in with the programming side on this one. one more thing you can try in the meantime: in the Settings menu, there's an "I'm Stuck" button. does that pull you out of the shop?
another thing that can help us investigate is a copy of your save file! It would be located in the below file path - you could zip it and DM it to me or email it ([email protected]) whenever you next have time!
Just wanted to add to this - I've encountered the same bug on the latest Steam version update - after managing to put a oobmobile on sale. I can provide a save file if needed! There is also a visible unity engine warning on the shop display. Thanks

Woah, don't know it an update was pushed but I just loaded the save and it's fixed! It was bugged since yesterday for me - very similar to @dusk oasis . Yes, I was stuck in the shop but now all is well

Yes i do think it was an oobmobile on sale for me too! Also just for records, the im stuck button did not help. When I get a chance I will also send save file over.

I had this problem today. I tried to sell an oobmobile, and the customer froze trying to make the purchase. I couldn’t leave the store bc they were frozen in-purchase. I restarted my game and most items in the store turned invisible. I clicked around to restore everything. I was on Switch and took a video of the items reappearing if that helps at all.
It is marked resolved, but it’s not resolved on switch 🥲
I’m having the same trouble on switch I’ve tried everything and I can’t leave
I don’t want to loose all my progress by being stuck for eternity 
hi all! you're right this issue is still active on Switch unfortunately - it's tied into the 'delete item' issue with oobmobiles. we do have a fix but it's going through the cert process for Switch - we'll update as soon as that's live! (also, I'm going to check with programming just in case there's another potential method to free you while you're waiting)
one thing to try here: if you're playing on Switch and encountering shop issues after placing an oobmobile, but an NPC hasn't yet tried to make a purchase, you should be able to remove any placed oobmobiles with the "take all items" button at display cases

I have this issue too. 😦 I’m stuck in my shop because the NPC won’t actually buy the Ooblets car and it’s disappeared.

Still having the issue. 😦 I’m stuck in my shop with a “ghost” npc. I can’t interact with him. I can’t leave the store. I can’t do anything. And most of my items in my store are gone. Tables and everything. 😦

It’s at 1.14.13 so it hasn’t updated yet. Is there a way to update or do I just wait for my turn?
it should alert you to the update! but to check manually, the process is:

Ensure the Nintendo Switch console is connected to the Internet.

From the HOME Menu, select the icon for the software you wish to update without starting the game or application.

Press the + or - Button on your controller, then select Software Update followed by Via the Internet.
