People will think he's weak and half of the players won't be able to find/use the beyond OP perk(s) 1 and 3.
Still better than any other recent Apep balancing, a.k.a. nerfing the Totem for no reason or the timers it by bit.

more reasonable suggestion to nerf apep: his perk 3 shouldn't give him a FOUR mana card, when other comparable "it's like your perk 1" perks (diona, ratbo) just give you the same. If his perk 3 just gave you another 2-cost card then he'd be much more manageable
