G.B. Hunter + Millenium Ankh

Why can I activate Millenium Ankh while G.B. hunter is face up on the field?
G.B. hunter says "Cards cannot be returned from the field to the Deck" but it is possible to activate Ankh while G.B. hunter is on the field.

Here in the attached picture, Ankh was activated while G.B. hunter was face-up on the field. Exodia is summoned and no cards including Ankh is shuffled back into the deck
Is this intentional or a bug?

__Answer__

If G.B. Hunter's effect is currently applying, you cannot activate Millennium Ankh.

If the effect of G.B. Hunter is applying when Millennium Ankh resolves, you will still reveal cards, and will still Special Summon The Unstoppable Exodia Incarnate. However, after that, even if you control any applicable monsters, they will not be returned to the Deck. (All cards on your field will remain there.)
Furthermore,『you cannot Summon monsters for the rest of this turn』will still be applied, and Millennium Ankh itself will be sent to the Graveyard normally after activation.
