Hi I just made a quick duel against Nyx and his Dragoon Deck, it turns out his second Dragoon used his effect of destroying monsters twice in a row.
I don't know if it's a bug or not, but as I play this card too I tend to know its effects (and by the way it's not the first time I've seen a bug with this card, usually when I cancel my own effect using Dragoon, it doesn't gain 1000 ATK).

The number of times Dragoon can use it's destruction effect is equal to the normal monsters used as materials. The bot sent Dark Magician and Red Eyes Black Dragon which are two normal monsters
Most people just use Dark Magician and only get to destroy one monster
As for it not gaining 1000 atk, the card you negate had to be destroyed also and that can't happen if it's already in the graveyard or banished or it can avoid destruction

You're just contributing to the problem of Yu-gi-oh players not reading by explaining everything instead of telling them that reading it will explain everything.
