I had Set Rotation Set as seen in the photo. It had been Set the previous turn. For some reason it wouldn’t let me activate it. There’s nothing stopping me from doing so. The field spells on board shouldn’t stop me from doing so. I’m thinking it’s a bug with Set Rotation. I could be wrong so please let me know if I’m just missing something.
