I've been having this bug consistently in every single match duel I have played, not one match duel has worked. I have ad block on and dnx still shows ads too which is odd too. I did disable adblock and the bug doesn't appear anymore.
I am guessing this bug has to do with adblock plus, but I'm not sure if anyone is having the same problem. So tldr: When adblock plus is enabled, ads still appear on dnx and the victory/defeat screen shows during sidedecking and game 2 and doesn't go away. The bug is fixed when adblock plus is disabled.
I'll keep my adblock disabled from now on, I just encountered this problem recently though so I wanted to post about it.

Here are the issues during f12. (this is in the sidedecking screen)

Also adblock plus actively says it is disabling x amount of ads per page even though ads are still showing up.

Can you try screen recording the end of the duel, before the window pops up, and record it as you enter game 2?

@mortal shuttle Heres the video. The adblocker was on the whole time. So for the first game it did the bug but for the second one it didnt, my only guess would be because i clicked on the ad when the first round of second game finished

Looks like it may be a problem caused by the ad provider, since the ad wasnt loaded yet when you closed the window, then once the ad was ready it opened the window without the buttons. Nexus is gonna talk with the ad provider to see what can be done

same thing happened to me, im down like 2 ranks from plat to silver because ive conceded like 3 games and then not been able to play

You can also test out if your game still bugs in bot matches, thats what i do
