I don't but I will try to reproduce it and share it
Tried it in a game a few moments ago and it worked, is it a requirement of the card to be able to destroy something on the field in order to draw?
When Guardian Chimera is summoned via a spell card/effect, it's effect first has you draw cards, then if you drew cards, you pop cards on the field. If you dont draw cards, you cannot destroy cards on the field
Now, if you activated Prosp that turn, you wont draw cards, thus cannot destroy cards either
Mmm then It should works as intended with Chimera Fusion. Will try to reproduce the issue and share the replay
Happens at the start of my opponents turn
While the on summon effect is technically optional, since you dont have to activate it on summon to draw, the subsequent destruction part of the effect is mandatory if you activate the draw part. Since the opponent controls no cards, you cannot destroy anything, thus you cannot activate the draw + destroy effect
Oh ok, I do have to be able to destroy something to draw the cards
