I'm trying to use Dragunity Romulus to search Glow. Then use Glow to search Arma Mystletainn. SS Mystletainn and equip it with Romulus. Then I want to SS Romulus from the S/T zone with Glow's 2nd eff, but am unable to do so. Glow does not have a "only one eff per turn and only once that turn" line, am I missing something here? No cards were used that lock anything, just 2 bodies to get out Romulus in the first place. Tracer was summoned with Quick Launch, Seyfert was NSed.
