Game couldn't continue. I tried forcing a press from dev console, no result.

I did disconnect immediately after being unable. I did not get message of "disconnected"

Sometimes, disconnecting could have happened prior to the "You have been disconnected message"

Can you disconnect while chatting with the opponent and them responding?

Last time I checked, a message can show up for you but not the other player
