i don't think is a visual bug since his turns took 10+ minutes to end, literally i need to wait the normal 250 seconds to end the turn, but every time he stop the time o just add more time, the timer just start again, and as you see, he never lost by time, always when he was close to the 10 to 3 seconds he just end his turn, i dont know if you can check in your console or something to see how many time they turns took to end against me... 10+ minutes per turn.

also, the player just attack me on discord on the moment i accuse him here, i also tell him that i will do that on game, the player is @sand basin and he alreeady delete the DM that send me... why he dont defend itself when that happens and instead just told me in DM "no body likes you"???

he doesn't play any card until almost his last turn, where he play some cards like in normal game, but after he play his last card, all return to the same, he doesn't end his turn and the time start to stop or gaining again more time until he reaches 240 seconds again... as you can see in the 3 videos.
in second video, "proff 2"
he already play some cards but when he doesn't have any more plays, time just start to up for him again to extend his play time
and that happens for 10+ minutes until he just pass turn
int he end of the match he just leave after wainting for 7+ minutes for him to end the turn or something.
