My first match I came 3rd and since it was during a 2x event I should have been awarded ¢150 - I was only awarded ¢75. My second match I also came 3rd, still during the event and this time I was awarded ¢0.

The display is merely ambigious. There's a credit number, there's a "2x" marking. Once you know you get 2x credit number, it makes sense.
But if you are a newbie and didn't check the BLS report of your last game you think people are stealing from you and you must complain.

you can't check historical records. So this doesn't really help.

in that report, there's also an ambiguous number of shards. sometimes they count, sometimes they don't. newbies go crazy.

That's not a user error. If you need to remember the details of a screen you don't even know you need to remember, then that's not a user error. That's a game error. Thus a bug.
