I have went to upgrade my rs to level 4 I have reloaded it laods of times it jsut stays like this no matter what I do

I remember having this problem in upgrading planet long ago, not sure what i do before

When next objective is available after current is done, there should be "replace objective" button below
But normally, that would be available only if obj wasn't done yet

While in mid upgrading, the obj just spawned
Like my old planet objective one

I'm pretty sure the replace objective was there too before I started upgrading but now nothing

Right I thought it was gonna be the same as the others cause usally when it said summit like that it'll say upgrade the planet then I'd get the credits while it's upgrading

I know, it is confusing. I recently ran into this as well, and I've played the game for years.

It might be a bug they should address. I don't think it is high on the priority list. Perhaps a change in wording might fix the issue.

If you know log in data it logs in. But since its Google play should auto log back in.. but.. I have no idea lmao

All important data should be server side. So clearing data as long as Google play is connect should auto log in

Rs1 to rs5 is tutorial.

All the tutorial objectives can't be skipped. It's a bit odd before this objective comes after you get out of the other tutorial objectives.
And it registers 4/4 when you start the upgrade, but only gives you the credits when you finish it

Has your station FINISHED upgrading? It asks you to upgrade not start upgrading. It needs to finish first.

This is a very odd objective. After finishing like the BLS objective, you get generic objectives that refresh every 10 hours. Then after you reach rs4 cap, you automatically get this objective and it's irreplaceable.

You can hope that it's user end, and maybe login on a different device and try.

Is tutorial objectives. Not avoidable. And you have to complete it by having station finish, not just start upgrade IIRC

I rechecked, you have to wait 10 hours after the bls objective to get a new generic one, and then it refreshes like every 12 minutes, and during this period you can skip objectives, but then this rs4 obj comes up out of nowhere and you can't skip it
