Empire loss is too excessive!

I had 168k empire power and didn't run a RS11 for 3 days and lost over 5k empire power. In that time I did run some 9s and a 10 but just didn't have an opportunity for an 11. Considering I only get like 20 power per run at that level, a 5k loss seems extremely excessive. Plus there is no timer or indication when this loss will occur. If there was a countdown, I could at least try to plan a run before it hits but there is nothing. I suggest the penalty should scale as you have consecutive losses with no runs. Start small at 3 days, then if no run at 6 days, do a larger penalty and then at 9, and so on.

People who don’t run and with lower loss clog the leaderboards. I was just chatting with a friend the losses should start after 2 days imo

Thats fine, you can start the losses sooner but they shouldn't be as punishing right away. Like I said, start small and increase it the longer they don't run one.

I can only speak at my level and my empire power. I would say start with 200 (about 10 runs worth) after 2-3 days, then double it to 400, then double again and keep doubling.
