My head cannon is Sanctuary warp-home exists for ships in all stars except DRS and crews in all stars so why would the Captain be executed be denying them that means of escape?

So, players spend resources to hire-fire-repeat until a pool of specific traits are collected in the commander pool then assigned for their use-cases? So, it's another module slot and module? What traits will be duplicated? Solitude? Impulse shield? Weapon Amplifier?
