It is very easy to kill, it is almost unusable in any game mode ||without careful preparations and using a ton of other mods to support it||
I suggest to add one of the following active abilities to it:

Stealth, which will last 6s-10s in

. Activates either manually or on automatically before the hit/destruction(auto activation could be toggled in this case) -
Impulse, it will temporarily increase the speed of the rocket by x4 and make it untargetable for the weapons. Activates either manually or automatically before the impact(after one bounce) or when in range of weapons, all auto-activations should have an option to turn them off. Duration: 1-2s in
