Suggestion: Add lockstep to laser turret's laser, basically if a laser is stage 2, all other laser should also be stage 2 on targeting a new enemy. Making the turret not a glorified 3 laser weapon on a circle ball

it used to be great until it wasnt
i will also add in some suggestions to buff laser turret:
- increase hp
- remove setup time
- remove fixed stage 0 and 1 damage for rs. (currently, stage 0 and stage 1 damage for this module in rs doesnt increase by level)
