I purchased the starter pack 2, but I dont see the 40% increase for artifacts.
My artifacts only have 40% from boost plus 8% from corp, but no extra 40% from the starter pack.

You get the +40% after you research arts. You can see the extra bonus when you claim them
It should be something like 10 +(8) blueprints

this and the actual bonus in your case will be 8.8 despite the displayed 8. the decimal stuff is hidden.
also please ask the community first instead of trying to talk to the manager at once 😄

thats good, but its either way a bug that you cant visibly see the 40% labelled. so, its right of him asking it out, because he had earned that money which he spent and is rightfull to ask explanation from even the manager if he doesnt see any effect of his spent money.
And @limber moon i would advise you to please either make a new post about the invisibility of that 40% or edit this post. Because if you have earned the money, your eyes would naturally want to see the impact of spending it, so, its not your fault.
