Basically i would like if the bls level points aka the levels of yourmodules would be also very important to have bs levels because there are a lot of low baller with just low lvl modules that crash newer players.

I think that modules should have a minimum matchmaker value that matches your battleship level:
Ie, if you are bs6 then module levels 1 to 5 will count as a level 6 module in the MMR (will still be their actual level in the game)
This will force end game players to use the tech they upgraded rather than sticking on a low level module to try and game the match maker

Hmm, I don't remember my wife meeting many dart players though.
However I think that dart should have started at lvl6 like chain ray anyway.

i have 2 new accounts trying to get through rs4 levels of bls, and it's devastating. just as it was when my other accounts were at those levels.
people tend to assume their current experience with the game is universal to all levels, but grow some accounts and you'll see a lot more

It should be based on bls shards earned in that season. At least that fixes the leaderboard a bit. Make all the Smurfs at the top fight each other

The current system is fucking restarted. Imagine if the best sports teams in the world were the best because 20-40 year old roided dude get to play against some middle school kids. Shouldn’t the best be playing against the best?

The issue, like with White Star , is that it isn't a single purpose game mode.
Not including non gameplay reasons (ie People who play just to wreck other players days, people who play to hunt smurfs etc)
It has 3 main reasons people play:

People who want to play for testing their skill (ie, play against equivalent opponents and see who comes out on top.

People who play primarily for economy (credit and hydro)

People who play primarily for the leader board.
The game encourages 2 & 3 a lot, which in turn encourages smurfing. If your purpose for playing the blue star is to get your daily hydro or credits for the least effort possible, or your purpose is to finish as high as you can on the leader board , then the best way to do that is to game the matchmaker to get a game in your favor.
The match maker is very badly weighted, and maybe only matches against bs4 or higher should count for the leader board, or it could be turned to a knock out tournament or something. The top 256 players go head to head in a 4 round knock out tournament, but arranging that would be difficult.

in 3-5 matches back to back
- An impulse user lvl 6, with lvl 1 dlaser, lvl 4 bs and barrier. also a lvl 4 bs with omega veng who ran from the impulse letting it sweep the rest of us and dying in the process to Out-of-bounds
- A boring dart user and someone with lvl 1 mirror and lvl 3 batt, lvl 1 suspend and lvl 1 bond
- A lvl 3 bs with batt, regen and solitude except when the match started all lvl 7. His battery levelled up mid match to lvl 8
still kicked his ass(and decoydr)
everyone else was either "on level enough" or a lonebs
(there was also a lvl 10 mbat with a lvl 4-5 bs)
Fundamentally impossible to win any of these matches if they weren't bad at the game
