I have had a similar disparity in BPs between genesis and enrich. I thought it was normal 🤷‍♀️

I think people were given extra genesis blueprints specifically to help with hydro economy

I think Zepheros is right. If you were rs10 and closer to rs11 I think there was a scaling reward for some blueprint types. Rs11 too
