Where/when does it crash? red splash screen? loading screen before main menu? main menu? loading into a session? watching replay?
and does it say any error message/code and produce a crash file?

i dont see logs and hardware list etc ; at that point we can actually suggest stuff , at present it is dead

just go to the first message and answer all our questions from top to bottom. go through all messages. otherwise this won't go anywhere 😅 then provide the log files from a crash session.

I removed the "run as administrator" option, but the same problem persists.

weird. usually the people who had "raceRoom is already running" that was fixed by either not running as admin or reinstalling steam. 🤔
