For requirements, you can use this information to see if you are allowed or not.

Are the events public or private?
All events are public for anyone who wants to join.
If you see the event servers has a password, it can be seen on the event section of raido discord ( which is also visible in event windows which I also post) and in event section.

What is stars in requirements?
That means you need to have enough number of finished races In Raido servers so that you can get valid for joining in events. The number of finished races per star is available here:

What is Safety-Mode access in requirements?
Raido has Safety-Mode conditions which limited drivers who did not have enough experience to join in events #1396792583765626880 message. You need to pass this three conditions to be out of Safety-Mode:
min. 3 races (or 1 finish) min. 33% finish rate max 3.0 collisions/race

-What is verified account in requirements?
That means you need to verify yourself before hand for public event. This will allow you to see your stats in Raido servers and ping you for incident checking. The instruction for verifying yourself is available here. #772795932978708510 message

In Raido, for passing slower cars/ lap cars/ or class cars, The rule is similar to IMSA rule.

blueflag Flag:
In Raido servers, the blue flag is advisory and is not considered a command flag.
Purpose: Alerts a driver that a faster car is approaching, often from a different class or classes.
Enforcement: The blue flag is advisory, not mandatory.
Context: Especially relevant in multi-class racing, where faster cars may need to pass slower or amateur entries.
Philosophy: this flag emphasizes driver awareness and cooperation, not strict enforcement.

short and simple:
for faster cars/class: It's your responsibility to pass the slow cars in safe manner. you need to avoid pushing or taking slower cars/class out. Your responsibility is higher when driving the faster car/class.
for slower cars/class: You need to be predictable and follow the racing line so that the faster cars/class can pass you safely.
If you are in battle, decide your move and line before faster class reach you so that they can react according to your move. Avoid moving again when they start passing and keep your line.

yellowflag Flag:
Drivers are expected to slow down during yellow flag and avoid passing each other.
Because of the incident, it is expected for the track to be half blocked. Ignoring the yellow flag and rushing to the incident in front and causing more carnage will have consequence.
If you ignore the flag in the first lap in normal race or in the first section of Nordschleife events and take out drivers, the punishment will be harsher.

For drivers who cause the yellow flag:
If you are stuck in fast section of the track and cars coming fast before you can do anything, keep you brake and stop your car from rolling until they passed and it is safe to move again. Always check your mini-map for incoming traffic before start moving again
🏳️ Flag:
Drivers are expected to slow down to a safe speed and avoid passing each other until you locate and pass the slow car. Some of these cars may have suspension damage and drivers should be careful when passing them.

The white flag drivers who try to make it to the pit or trying to join, try to move on the side of the track and avoid blocking the incoming traffic.
If you have a heavy damage and try to make it to the pit, try to be visible to the incoming traffic and keep your car under control so that it does not do a sharp movement to the center of the track. If necessary, slow down more until the traffic pass you before sharp turn or cut the sharp section of the track to avoid blocking a hairpin or a chicane turn.
