do a basic troubleshooting
make sure game isnt blocked by any av, firewall etc
rename rr folder in my documents (to anything)
verify game files via steam
launch the game without any third party apps, no controllers, wheels etc
try different launch options (eg dxvk)

going shopping now; google if u need anything
