From what I know, the game no longer need command to support triple setup unless you set something not standard.
make a copy of your graphic config file and delete it and run the game without command so that game makes a new one. after that, try to setup your triple setup with in-game options.
Additionally, the standard in-game setup need nvdia surround or AMD Eyefinity enable beforehand so that you can see the right aspect ratio and right resolution in game.
