I think it's was at every time in time attack mode. After a valid lap or few moment after. Différents tracks and différents cars.

Please post the dump and log files related to the crash. They are always generated before dump file generated( when you run a new season.)
Always add a note when and where it crashed and provide some information about the hardware you have.
Without these information, it's very hard to help you.
