Everytime I try to go for a competition

your best bet is to go into system event logger and look for the issue in windows. You can usually find the culprit there.

it's an issue with competition it's global many people have this issue

some guys from dev team said they have some fixes and wanted to drop them yesterday but weren't able because there was some issues not related to update itself

Where do you see the crash and what pu do you have?
there is one more log file there. upload that one also.

Try these steps one by one and see if there is an improvement or not.
Also post you dump and log files every time you have game crash.
There are always two files (MWTransport and Game) which are made when you open the game and their time is before the crash dump.
You can find the files in this address.
Log files: Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\UserData\Log
Crash dumps: Documents\My Games\SimBin\Crash Dumps
and do these steps

  • make a backup of this folder and after that delete it. run the game again so the game makes a new one and jump to a race and see if it solve the issue or not.
    Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience

  • delete everything in your directX Shader Cache.
    Press Win + R, type appdata, and hit Enter.
    Navigate to Local > D3DSCache and delete everything inside it. they are pre-compiled shader

  • Run the game in dxvk mode and see if it works or not.

  • Reinstall your Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Service Pack 1 Redistributable again. Sometimes when it get corrupted, it causes lots of crashes.

okay i tried to play with the dxvk mode and it worked but i need to play solo and it doesnt work all the time

  • Reinstall your Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Service Pack 1 Redistributable again. Sometimes when it get corrupted, it causes lots of crashes.
    I post for guys who has nvidia gpu.

The challenge mode is bugged at the moment as you know. Hopefully they will fix that.
It's not that it's up to date. sometimes, one of the file gets corrupt and cause lots of crashing. Reinstalling may solve the issue if it's because it. Most software use new ones that's why it's hard to tell if it has corrupt file or not.
