Bought vRPs. Didn't get redeem code

15 mins ago (or so) I bought a vRP pack.
I got 2 emails: invoice and purchase confirmation.
But I didn't get the usual email with the redeem code.
Is it taking longer than instantly? Who should I contact?

Not first time buyer, so this is weird.
And, also, not emails in the spam folder.

if you are still on the website: click the red link to reveal the code immediately. otherwise you will need to write an email to [email protected] with your information. They usually respond within 24h.

And as information: the website became total garbage. You need to have perfect planetary constallation to get the code email nowadays.

so you say almost all vRP purchases have this issue? I think if this were the case, we'd be flooded with complaints, but no, it's like once a week. much less than we had sometimes in the past

Well, as it is still an issue it doesn't seem fixed and therefor the store is crap.
And i doubt everyone is comming here to complain.
