I have changed pc and the game doesn't open on full screen, please help me.

The graphics are also horrible now.

go into the settings menu (the cogwheel top right in the main menu) and adjust all options.

The problem is that I can't open it full screen

full screen is also adjustable in the options. if you can't maybe try editing this file: ...\Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\UserData and then graphics_options.xml

for me it looks like this:
<screenWidth type="uint32">1920</screenWidth> <screenHeight type="uint32">1080</screenHeight> ... <windowMode type="int32">1</windowMode>

I assume those being the relevant ones.
