if you selected a lot of different car models for your race, try with a lower number (I don't mean the number of cars overall, but different models, for example if it's the whole gt3 class)
if that's not the case, try a VPN. Proton or Windscribe have a free version

Does it also happen on different modes? single player, training mode or etc?
Just for checking:
- Turn off your modem/router. After that, on your pc set dns manually to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1.

Then do a flush dns, reset your system and turn your modem back on.
