Game starts fine but later it goes black

Hey I need support
When I launch the game it starts fine and I can use the main menu but when I click the settings icon the game becomes black and the same thing happens when I join a race can some one help me here

lets start with some basic troubleshooting, rename (to anything) this folder:
Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience
verify game files via steam
post your pc specs, os, any notable hardware and software
