Can't load the game

I try to to open the game from steam, the game loading screen thingy opens then crashed and i can't close it, even with task manager. Nor does it load

if it's the first time, it can sometimes take a while. alternatively try using a VPN. can you load https://game.raceroom.com from the browser?

then it's most likely a connection issue. try a VPN or get in contact with your ISP

if you don't click on that window, how long does it stay? because the "not responding" message when you click on it is normal behavior, it doesn't mean it crashed
