yes create a new steam user , download raceroom , rebuy tbe stuff and play

@tawny furnace easy answer. RR is free. you can download it for free on any steam account. So if you create 300 steam accounts... you can play RR in 300 accounts with the content each account has.

In game, changing name... does not give any conflict so you can call yourself Colin Blankenburg if you want or even a full grid can be called "Cupra Driver"

Oh. I believe some games forbid you to have more than one account. That's why I'm asking and since I'm thinking of buying the premium pack and I already have some content. Don't know what good a another account would do for me though.

tell me which one does not allow you to create an account with a different mail, and content bought....

If you mean by... creating a new account, buying again the premium content... like 4 years later... and playing with your same name "in game", even account is different. You can.

Only one with something "similar" is iracing as it does not allow 2 same names in game, and then adds a number. so you can be Carlos Sainz, and have a smurf account called Carlos Sainz2
