Do you mean you bought it before they added F4 to the starter pack? I.e. you bought it when it had McLaren 650s instead of M6 GT3?

Maske is right: the starter pack was updated last year (or the year before?). when you buy a pack (premium pack as well) you buy the content of the pack at that moment for a discounted price.

you can only purchase a pack once, so if a pack is being updated you see "new" content that you need to buy (as that wasn't part of the pack you bought earlier)
