Good evening, i'm writing this post for searching help about the game. Today i just tried to join the game ( with the steam account connected to this page ) and appeared a "permanently-ban" since today, to 12/09/2033 and error 2103. Can someone help me about this problem? There's a metod to contact the in-game support to try to get unbanned?

So your account was indeed banned for repeated and undisputable cheats.
looks like it goes back to 30th May 2023 for the first detection
in some NSU time attack competition
then you went into multiplayer and cheated there as well
and then came back and cheated every day or almost until I took a look at the backend for any cheaters and found you.

Its sus for me this situation, cause i dont know how to cheat in a game, expecially in a race game. If there's a way to prove i dont have any cheats or i didnt cheated i can do it
Like an user sad, i had a long conversasion with an helper yesterday, speaking about my account got hacked multiple times, we cant know where the access ( like an ip or from where ) my account joined the game? Cause i repeat, i dont cheat in a game, i dont know how to cheat in a game and then why cheating in a game?
And then as u can see, i spent some money on the game, not a lot but a lot for me, and i dont want to lost the acc
