there have been a lot of events and a couple are sick, so it is taking a little longer than usual

I had a question about ranked champ 2.
Had all 4 Participations but get no vrp code. But my Spam Filter erases every 24h. I m thinking that my Spam Filter erases the Code e-mail.
Can the Support see, if the Mail is out?
