Coucou les gens avec le rôle <@&888030527754473492> (pas d'inquiétude, je l'ai rendu temporairement mentionnable pour le thread). Ça va peut-être vous sembler un peu random mais j'ai récemment décidé d'expérimenter avec des néopronons, et j'ai découvert que le système de rôles que j'ai mis en place pour les pronoms ici… ne me convient pas. Il y a une alternative à "demandez mes pronoms" que j'aime beaucoup : "pronoms dans mon profil" (ou quelque chose comme ça). Est-ce que vous préféreriez ?
Je partirai du principe que ça vous est égal / que vous êtes d'accord avec la majorité si vous ne réagissez pas, mais faites-le quand vous voulez – je ne forcerai personne à avoir un rôle. On peut aussi avoir les deux options, et d'autres possibilités sont disponibles pour aménager les choses pour tout le monde. N'hésitez pas à me MP si ça vous est plus confortable pour développer sur le sujet.

Hey there people with the <@&888030527754473492> role (I just made it temporarily pingable for this thread, dw). This may seem a bit random to you but I recently decided to experiment with neopronouns, and I found that the role system that I set up for pronouns in here… doesn't suit me. There's an alternative to “ask my pronouns” that I like a lot: “pronouns in bio” (or something akin to that). Would you prefer that?
I will assume that you don't care / agree with the majority if you don't respond, but please do so at any time – I will not force a role onto anyone. We can also have both options, and other possibilities are available to accommodate everyone. Feel free to DM me if that makes you more comfortable to expand on the subject.

I gotta admit that for some time i liked the idea of pronoun roles, but i realised over time that it might not be a so good idea
on some servers with queer people, they never did that, and they had their reasons

we have reasons to have them too, besides they're optional and there hasn't been any problem that I'm aware of since they're here :o

basically, it's not rly flexible, and also it takes role slots for... a not flexible system that's not very inclusive

et ça rajoute un rôle qui s'appelle "she/her" à la personne
comme ça ça permet d'être flexible en laissant le choix à tout le monde d'avoir leurs propres pronoms en rôle

Mais faudrait vérifier alors avec ceux qui ferait les malins pour se rajouter des rôles qui n'ont rien à voir avec des pronoms... Ca ferait pas mal de travail en plus non ?

I think that having both "pronouns in profile/bio" and "ask for my pronouns" would be good.
If you only had the "pronouns in bio/profile" role then idk, it feels like people would just choose other pronouns because if they're in your bio, you might be coming out to your friends if you have your friends on Discord
