Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

Duolingo: The Pros and Cons
Duolingo can be helpful to retain vocabulary, short sentences, and simple concepts of grammar and syntax. It may enable you to approach your target language without much pressure and in a gamified way, which can be a motivator.
That said, Duolingo teaches some concepts badly, if at all (this may vary depending on the specific course). It generally only scratches the surface of a language, and offers a pretty repetitive, circular, and overall misleading approach.
In recent years, the app has become controversial over the decision of removing forums, questionable marketing, replacing many employees with AI, boosting engagement over pedagogy, and offering increasingly inaccurate content.
If you choose to use Duolingo anyway, it should not be your only learning tool. It will not make you a fluent speaker.
then what will make me as a fluent speaker?
